The hotel staff was very helpful with my requests and I appreciate their hard work.

The layout was a bit bizarre. Some of the hotel rooms are on the other side of the streets and a bit awkward to locate. The hotel room ceiling was slanted so again, a bit awkward.

I arrived late. It was during winter, the room was too cold. The heater didn't work. I had to sleep with long pants and pullover. Unfortunately due to this cold stay experience, I cannot give the hotel a good review. Hopefully the staff can check the heater regularly during winter time.

Close to Hanau west station, nice shower , €55 a night is good value

Beds are strange. Blue plastic box at top of bed that comes away from top of bed making the pillow fall down making it really uncomfortable to sleep. Also no plug sockets near the bed

Quiet, clean, central location with comfortable beds. Right in the city centre, lots of options for food. Half an hour walk to amphitheater, 10 min walk to Hanau West station.

Bed was very comfortable, plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Room is located in separate building from Hotel, second floor, no elevator. Although Spartan, dorm-like room, everything was clean.

Being in a separate building is not a big issue and.was reflected after looking at the online information.

Staff 10/10. When you are on a business trip it is really easy to make you feel comfortable and cared for. It seems that they have understood the Bible of a hotel and how to manage. I simple loved the young staff trying the best to be kind and solving anything really quick.I admire the resilience that two people of the staff had when I observe a bunch of Spanish people being rude and hostile because they were making fun out of the way they speak English...

I can't mention anything as all my needs were covered.

1. Unfriendly staff who can't do anything despite numerous requests.2. The hotel itself cancels the reservation without notice and does not want to refund the costs.I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I go there and i wait for about 1 hour waiting for someone to show up there to the reception nut nobody show up and i leave i choose an other hotel better than yours

This basically a bait and switch operation. The pictures make you think it’s a real hotel but actually you book the ‘2 star’ hotel and pictures are for a higher star. You get a box like building with no staff. I also got a room that had been used by a heavy smoker although all rooms were supposed to be non smoking.The electrical fittings badly positioned for use qnd the view was of the high star building across the street. Overpriced for what it was. Staff were not helpful.

Heated floors in the room. Work table with chair. Hot water kettle was nice.

We couldn’t sleep all the night because of the smoke smell , I was so surprised they took off the alarm smoke away and the room was full smoke smell

Breakfast for 14 Euro I did not use that. For the rest do not expect too much then you will be happy. Clean, nothing special, good shower.

Wrong information about parking. If you need to pay for parking then it MUST be mentioned on the site. It was not. Giving you the impression that no parking fee is demanded, by not mentioning a price, but saying "privat parking available ". And yet 8 euro, without paying I would not get a coin to open the gate. Disapointing, actually I would not have booked if they would have mentioned that parking needs to be paid.

My second time there in a short period of time, had no doubt I should stay there again.

The very same conditions just as I had days ago, but for some reason €20 higher. Oh and there was no spoon for coffee this time, which was upsetting. But other than that that place is perfect.

Very conveniently situated close to the Hanau West train station and the city center. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and in a good state. Breakfast was nothing special but good, solid food, it had everything that as needed.

The rooms were a too warm even though it was not that warm outside.

The staff at the reception were very nice

It was not clean. The bathroom had hair everywhere.I am a very shy person who is terrified of conflict/confrontation, so i stayed there and didn't ask for another room. I had to go out and get some cleaning products and clean it myself.
