Poor Breakfast

A modern facility a short taxi ride from the Hauna Train Station. We stayed in a family room. It had a Queen size bed upstairs in the apartment, which was very comfortable. They also prepared a futon bed downstairs which was comfortable as well, a bit less so than the upstairs bed. Nice kitchenette, fantastic bathroom with a great shower. Staff was very helpful with questions. It had automatic lights on the stairs as a safety feature. We liked that

The cost of meals in the hotel restaurant. But there are at least 3 nice, and moderately priced restaurants within a very short walking distance.

The hotel is very clean and close to the city center. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Love the story of the Artist that created the Fairy Tale characters within the hotel. Each room is unique for either a business trip during the week or weekend stay while visiting Hanau. There even bus service that come by the hotel to take you to the city center. Wednesday and Saturday mornings are days to visit the Farmers Market in the city. Hotel has a wonderful Breakfast buffet in the mornings. Hotel location has parking close by as well.

FYI , there some renovations going on and some new construction in the area.

Everything was clean. The staff was friendly. Conveniently located.

I liked that it was new! Best Chicken Club Sandwich I have EVERY had!!!

They did NOT clean the bare floors; my socks were filthy! Just dirty floors! Also, when I used my Converter for my Laptop the outlet blew my voltage converter! Desperate to finish my work assignments, I rushed downstairs. The Staff explained they don't carry Voltage Converters and suggested I go find one at a store. Really! I don't have a car, so I have to get an UBER their and back! I don't think so! Anyways, they went to the room to reset the room circuit breakers which turned the lights back on but I'm out of a brand-new Voltage Converter! I said you have a wiring problem with that outlet in this room, he stated our rooms are fine! Okay I'm then leaving this review...

The staff was super accommodating and friendly. The food in the restaurant was amazing! They were so nice about the FOUR dogs. We could not have had a better stay

Everything was excellent!

The hotel is really great choice for business trips. We shall come again for sure!
