Lovely staff with excellent English skills. The breakfast selection is great. We had a break in our stay and they were happy to let us store our extra suitcases and upon our return gave us a complementary upgrade due to the longevity of our stay. Also happy to assist with special requests like asking for butter/knife in the evening.

We love staying here.

Wonderful stay! Check-in was seamless and welcoming — the same gentleman who handled our check-in also tended the bar later, and he was absolutely fantastic in both roles. We met some truly lovely fellow guests during our visit, which made the atmosphere warm and friendly. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful, and delicious. Highly recommend!

Disgusting - smells like cigarettes. Plastic beakers in the bathrooms used as ashtrays. Zero response from staff when complaints raised.

The hotel has a good location and provides parking space (at a costàThe breakfast is absolutely fine and the restaurant staaf is very Friendly.

The rooms at the front can be a bit noisy in the morning, so you need to sleep with windows closed.

Comfortable and well equipped modern rooms with fridge and water kettle. The location was great, an easy 20 mins highway ride to Frankfurt. Staff was very helpful and friendly, we could change to rooms with bath. The wellness was awesome with Finnish sauna, relax beds and a well equipped fitness area. A jacuzzi/pool would have been a great addition. There are plenty restaurants and shops on walking distance. And it’s dog friendly, for an addition of €20/night a bit overpriced though.

Slow draining shower and toilet

Very close to the Centre and just 3 Bus stops from Hauptbahnhof ( Central Station) . You can also walk to the station, it's about a 10 minute walk.

The Room we were in had a malfunctioning Shower unit which reduced the pressure of the shower , so it was difficult to have a proper shower

Internet speed was very good. Breakfast was very good and with a nice variety. The people were very professional and clean. The pillows were also very comfort

I was very satisfied but the bathroom was very tight. THe sink to bath was very narrow. The air conditioning was okeish.

Room was pretty large. Bed was comfy. Location central.

Room was cold. Heating was off. Bedding was thin for a cold room. Extra wool blanket was old filthy . Bathroom zink wasn’t clean. Water was brownish at beginning. Water heater was dirty.

The location was exceptional and the room was big enough with so much sunlight coming into it. There was no noises from other rooms

The bathroom smelled bad and stunk up the whole room, which had no circulation. My room was right on a main road and there was street noise throughout the night which distracted me. Primarily I found the bathroom unpleasant.

On arrival the room was clean and spacious. There was plenty of hanging space for clothes and a safe for valuable. There was a decent desk space for working, as well as a separate chair and side table set aside for having a drink and watching TV. The bathroom was a bit dated, but everything worked well and the shower was good.The hotel is well placed on the edge of the main shopping and restaurant areas and within easy reach of the train station.

The air conditioner didn't work, and it was 30degC in Hanau that week, however the room did remain at a reasonable temperature despite this by opening the window wide when the evening was cooler and keeping it shut during the day. The free wi-fi was poor and couldn't maintain a FaceTime connection for calls home. When the room was cleaned it was limited to emptying the bins, making the bed and changing the towels. A used drinks glass on the desk and an empty glass water bottle on the side table were just left.

Well, unfortunately the event we went to Hanau was cancelled and we had to leave earlier. I inquired whether we could get reimbursed for the extra 3 nights, but they couldn't do it because we went through booking. They sounded like that they would have done so, if the booking was done directly through the hotel. They suggested to that I revert to booking.com, but I appreciated the effort and kindness on their part.

Good

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, except for one problem with the shower. The water does not drain properly and instead backs up into the shower tray. It seems that the drain is clogged. I had already reported a problem with the toilet during my previous stay (2023). Since there are now again problems with the sanitary facilities, I asked the hotel to take care of them.

The room was a good size and very clean. There was plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet.

Maybe more staff on the reception/bar area.

It shows some signs of ware. I have stayed in this hotel several times and clearly now it looks tired.
