Had an Elevator

Bathroom had existing trash, old tampons with blood etc. Toilet paper was not restocked for 2 days. Thanks to my Family located near by who assisted this issue. A/C would be a great addition. It was hot. Noisy do to train traffic near by.

Clean and good location.

Breakfast was ok. Often there was no coffee.

I just needed a place to sleep during festival, there was a bed, I was happy.

The location, it was just next to railway tracks, I noticed by bed shake several times when the big cargotrains went by (at all hours of the day) but I had my earplugs, so it was ok

Staff were pleasant - even though we were not able to eat there due to day off (not publicised on Booking.com). Shower hot. 2 small bottles of mineral water provided. Internet free and good connection. Safe car park.

General ambience: run down, a bit sleazy (like most of Neuwied). Rooms looked and felt unloved - dead insects on walls, mess on carpets, etc.Location - unclear from Booking.com entry but it's only a few metres away from a major railway line (passenger and goods) running late into the night and early in the morning.Road in front being repaired so difficlut to access (safe) car park."Interesting" selection of people hanging around in front of the hotle (NB we come from an urban estate so are used to this but others may not be...).In the light of all the above, not good value for money.

Bit close to busy railway

Stayed here a few times before good hotel for travelling up and down the Rhine .I have a motorbike so good safe carpark in a quiet area .5 minutes walk to the train station and 10 minutes into the city .

Room 316 is closest to the train station. Each time the train passes, the walls tremble and the light from the outside courtyard brightens. The interior curtains do not cover the entire window, so you wake up every time you train!!!Cleanliness of the room and sheets OK, breakfast sufficient but without originality.Friendly welcome from staff.Good for 1 night.

Poor breakfast. Public areas not welcoming, had a hostel feel to it.

Lovely restaurant, the hotel was conveniently placed, friendly staff, easy parking.

Rooms rather basic and functional, could have done with an armchair.

Comfortable hotel, with friendly staff. Nice to have a hot water pot to make coffee in the room. Room was very comfortable and clean. Perfect room for the price. Will stay here again if I ever go to the Koblenz area.

Very nice Hotel, clean and modern. Very friendly staff, I forgot something and they send it back home. I can recommend to stay here.

Food was very good and staff were very polite friendly and helpful.

NO FOOD after breakfast ON WEDNESDAY even for those new arrivals. My wife is disabled and we asked for a room near the lift. We were not informed in advance but found on arrival that ALL double rooms are furthest from the lift (40+ yards) and the lift is NOT big enough to take a wheelchair and passenger. My wife used the chair to the lift and the chair was then carried downstairs by her carer whilst we used the lift.

They were obviously doing some refurbishments to the stairs. A small inconvenience
