- The staff was friendly, room was spotless and air conditioned, had a very nice pool and free breakfast. The free shuttle was always on time and very convenient!
- Nice interior, children liked it. Friendly staff.
- I liked the location. I liked Thibauld the front clerk. The hotel was very noisy in the halls. Bring ear plugs.
Cons -

- No running ac, which was advertised at time of booking and during our stay Our bathroom sink did not drain Mini fridge in the room did not keep anything cold. When informing staff, did not explain its only for beverages or that there was fridge at desk
- At breakfast could be more choice ( if we speak about 4 stars hotel). The same about restaurant's menu a la carte.

I did not like the crowd that amassed the bus station after Disney closed. Upon arrival of the shuttle, the crowd rushed the bus in a suffocating mass. People could have gotten very hurt. Shame on the driver, shame on the shuttle co., shame on the hotel.
