MY HOTEL MALMEDY

Very spacious and clean room with a very nice balcony. Very good breakfast. Cozy bar with good selection of drinks and nice restaurant.

The spa was below expectations. We booked the hotel especially for the spa. To book a room is not cheap and the spa is not included. So you have to pay the entrance. And, being a guest of the hotel, does not guarantee you a spot so you have to book in advance. Even if you are lucky you get the spa only for 2 hours. You get only 1 towel and no water. We have been to other hotels where you get access to the spa for your entire staying and it is available only for the hotel's guests. The room's tv has no apps and you get to watch only cable tv.

The private covered terrace on our room and dinner were outstanding

Nothing o can think of! Maybe a bit of a long walk into the town if you wanted to go out.

The restaurant was superb, as was the breakfast. An exceptional hotel.

Fan heating/cooling in the room was a little distracting at night time

Rooms were Tastefully decorated, bathrooms had a separate toilet- nice feature, walk in showers were comfortable and convenient to use, the buffet breakfast covered all one could wish for, ample parking, wellness was worth the extra charge, walking distance to the city centre

Fitness room was small

There always seemed to be something we had to ask for at Breakfast - e.g. There is no pancake mix left, there is no still water left, the orange juice machine is not working - However despite this (and once refilled) everything was really good :)The service at the bar in an evening could also have been more friendly - but this did not detract from our visits....

Excellent stay from beggining to the end. We rate this hotel as one of the top we have ever been. Spacious rooms with design touch, exceptional service and helpful staff, delicious food and wide variety of choices (you can even make your own waffles ☺️), comfortable parking in garage, stylish bar and restaurant, and I could name more and more.. we hope we will be back soon.

The swimming pool en saunas you have to pay separately and you have to choose between specific times. The rest was perfect

Very modern, great breakfast, dinner was okayish could be better quality but great presentation.

We have several insects in the room, and a spider in the bathtub which is unacceptable for the price. As it’s supposed to have been cleaned the same day I would expect a better cleanliness.

Everything was exceptionally clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the spa is an absolute must-try!

Modern facilities, parking very handy and set in lovely countryside. Restaurant for dinner had nice food and great views.

The breakfast was limited. If you like to cook your own, waffels and pancakes there is plenty of choice. Cooked breakfast was not great. Oranje juice machine sticky and very slow. Only white toast available. Pastries of good quality. Continental Breakfast also limited.

la situation, le calme, le wellness

Booking was made for 2 persons but at the desk they said it was only for 1 person.

I had to pay extra because they said i only had a reservation for 1 person. (I had 1 kid with me). But i did make a reservation for 2 people and i did show the booking reservation at the desk. It was clearly for 2 persons! So there was no mistake in the reservation. I had to pay extra, strange...

Awesome hotel, the price reflects the quality! Traveled with a friend on motorcycles, there’s a garage in the basement with a lift straight to your room. The rooms are large with separate toilet/bathroom and mini fridge. One of our rooms had a balcony. The town square is a less than 5 minute walk and Spa Race Circuit is a 15 minute ride on awsome roads. Breakfast was really good, great selection! Didn’t use the spa facilities but they did look good.

On-site parking was excellent. The hotel was clean and comfortable

The rooms were beautiful. Comfy beds and great breakfast.

Apparently you have to pay 19 EUR per person per every 2 hours to use their swimming pool. This was an unpleasant surprise. And also seems quite excessive.

Safe parking, very modern and clean, beautiful building. Very smart clean room. Room service was great.

Spa pool was a little cold and the floor was very slippy.

Hotel was perfect, rooms are clean and well equipped and the breakfast is great.

Nice spa and very nice surroundings. Hotel is very quiet. Breakfast is amazing.

Unfortunately, when we arrived the bedsheets were not clean. The staff replaced them right away though. In the restaurant, the staff doesn't speak English and they got every order wrong during a 3-course meal. The food that we got was quite good, but none of it was what we ordered (or what we tried to send back).
