Hôtel du Cheval Blanc - Paris Marne La Vallée

Super friendly and welcoming staff, even though we arrived at 11pm, we were greeted with smile and led to the room.

-No ventilation in the room. The only choice is to open the window.-Just basic choices for breakfast, there is room for improvement.

Excellent personnel, always helpful. Good value for the price and quite a pleasant facility. Do not have a high expectation for the ficilities and you won’t be disappointed.

There were so many Euro Disney visitors, with sooo many noisy kids. At a countryside hotel like this one, the noise is everywhere, until all the boys go to sleep eventually.

It was in a quiet part of town and there was free parking. Staff was very nice and the room was really nice as well.

Excellent staff. As if the are your helpful friends. All foods are very tasty. A silent atmosphere. Peace is here. We loved.

The room was well appointed and comfortable, the shower was good and there was a coffee and tea making set in the room. Breakfast was equally well appointed and fully met expectations. Staff were friendly and informative. It was really nice to have a charging station for an EV in the on-site parking.

The room was very spacious and accessible for my daughter who is in a wheelchair. Shower wet room was amazing.Room cleaned every day either fresh towels .

The room was clean and comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. The location is remote but there is a bus station 2 minutes walk but sometimes it fails. Só may have to wait a little longer than espected.

We picked this hotel because it is conveniently situated for Disneyland. My son, daughter in law and his 2 little girls had a lovely large room. Mine, smaller but adequate just for me. Staff very helpful, but I speak french fluently so no problem. Lots of space outside for parking and the whole area is quiet. Aircon too if you need that. Great bar/restaurant just opposite where we had a lovely meal. Chinese/Thai dishes and lots of cool Kanterbräu followed by carafes of rouge. The convenience shop next door is also just that, very convenient for fruit, breakfast and general shopping, even batteries. 5 of us, so it was easier to get an Uber although the bus stop just outside and then train were OK too. Overall, excellent.

Tea and coffee room facilities are a bit sparse. Small paper cups which I swapped for proper China ones.

Great place in a short driving distance to Disneyland, ample parking. Breakfast was delicious and room was super spatious!

We would like our room heated up and it was a bit cold.

The nicely decorated bedroom and bathroom, the very friendly lady at reception. we did not have breakfast at the hotel and can therefore not say anything about it.

The marble bathroom was very nice. However, in spite of an apparently good fitted shower door, quite a lot of water leaked out and ran onto the bathroom floor. Wiping it left the bath mat soaking wet. This is somehow a recurring problem with hotel showers.

One thing is good I forgot my jacket in the room and my passport in my jacket i remembered after 7hours i came back I talked with the staff disk her name Miguel black lady and she called the room and ahe run to 2 floor and brought my jacket Also theres white women i forgat her nameThanks for their cooperation with me

I dont like the attitude of the stuff ,, i came midnight i asked for a room the man said we don’t have any rooms we fully booked,, so i open booking I found several rooms and i booked one i gave him the reservation then he said ok you checked out it will be 11 am and any late checking out you will pay feeThen he asked me fot city tax which ia firat time i heard i told him i will not pay i will check with booking then he gave me bad look and saying word i figured its bad word from hia looked then he throw the room key in yhe table The room smells stinky like a shitAo bad smell

The rooms were of a good standard

The breakfast was not great. Hardly anything left at the buffet when we arrived within the normal breakfast time

Breakfast was great, having the room serviced daily was awesome, staff were so welcoming and always went above and beyond, my 8 year old says the cake at breakfast was superb.

Wifi was intermittant and patchy, hard to do work.

Distance to Disneyworld Paris

We came back after 11pm from Disneyland and hotel was closed. We called them but nobody was answering. We did wait almost 30 min in cold to get to our room which we checked in night before. They really did not care.

We stayed in a triple room which was well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The room lead outside to a courtyard which was pleasant. We were very grateful for good air conditioning as very hot the day we stayed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was great. Evening meal was nice but a little expensive for the food we picked.

We needed a stopover before our flight from CDG, it was a perfect location, considering that during the OG the terminal hotels were completely booked. We got exactly what we wanted - clean, comfortable. The bathroom remodeled recently. Great dinner at their restaurant.

The AC was weak

The staff is very friendly and helpful. To find our way to the Olympics. Sending us back an item we forgot in the room. Beds, room, bathroom all very comfortable and clean. Great service.

Very nice and cosy hotel, with hospitable and welcoming staff. Clean, comfortable and warm place for stay.

Absolutely horrible

Everything to fault this property. It is definitely not a 4* star hotel. We have no cleaning service. Worse of all the aircon system did NOT work and we literally couldn’t sleep at all. The staff were not helpful. There was no fan facility it was the worse ever! I do not recommend this to anymore.

Easy to check in, beautiful decor around the hotel, had everything that was needed. Bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept well. Very good value for money!

When we walked in the room it smelt a little musty and the air con was on, it was a rainy day and we came in soaked so it was freezing. Some corners had been missed cleaning in the bathroom. Room a little small, we only had smaller overnight bags but 2 suitcases would be a squeeze.
