It’s not to far from Disneyland able to check in at 3am

They put my children on a whole other floor (1y, 3y,6y). The place was disgusting nappies in the showers. Urine on the floor of the toilets(it’s communal toilets and showers) rooms are very small unbelievably so, no aircon.No cot. Wouldn’t stay here ever again

The reception staff was very friendly and spoke English. The heating in the rooms worked very well, and I was able to enjoy a peaceful stay.

I searched for 20 minutes before finding the exact location of the hotel. On Google Maps, it appears in a different location, and there are no signs to help you find it.There is no shower or toilet in the room, only a sink. To use the bathroom or take a shower, you have to go to the hallway.

Very small but ok for one night. Breakfast was very good for this class of hotel.

Friendly staff, very welcoming and kind. 20% discount in nearby pizzeria. Bathroom was outside of the room but very clean.

The doors of all the rooms make a terrible screak noise everytime someone opens and closes, so nearby rooms are heard all the time during all night.

The room was tiny the shower and toilet were near enough on top of each other! But if you can get over that it’s okay for somewhere to wash and sleep

It was grand.

I think the location was poorer than we thought. We thought it would be better serviced by bus. And because their is actually no throughway under the motorway beside it, it takes long by walking or bus to get to it from nearby villages.Also we knew what to expect regarding facilities but I was surprised by no towels.

That it was close to the highway

The room is way to small, even for a budget hotel it's to small, as well the bathroom. Worst place I have ever stayed.

There was nothing there that we could like other than being close to Disneyland and the guy at reception was honest. He told us why did we book the rooms because there is no toilet inside the room, there was no towel, no soap. He was laughing at our decision to book this hotel. He was not expecting a family.

This is not a family place. The room did not have a toilet, rooms were smelly and small. Toilets were outside the rooms and were smelly and disgustingly bad. We were on third floor but there was no lift and had to push our luggage upstairs. We were not feeling safe because looks like we are in a prison. I will not recommended this for anyone, especially families to avoid this place.

It was a little bit in the middle of nowhere with no supermarkets or anything nearby. It was hard to get transport to and from the place, so we had to walk about 30+ minutes to the nearest town

I wouldn’t recommend it for families .

I didn’t like the sharing bathroom and the toilets and also the rooms had very bad smell that made my hay fever get worse.

Absolutely horrible

Everything. It was so hard to get to if you don't have your own car. It was dirty and we saw mice inside when checking in, so we did not have breakfast there the next morning even though it was included. The room is tiny with one small window, and the bed is so uncomfortable. Not only is the mattress like a brick, the pillows are basically just the pillowcases. The bathrooms being shared didn't alarm us too much when checking in, but they are like train/airplane toilets and also dirty. Probably the worst part of our stay is the fact that it did not feel safe. There is no key to the door, only a code which was given to us handwritten on a piece of paper and you have to put the code in to get into the room. There is no proper lock from the inside. Needless to say, we will never stay here again and neither should you.
