The 20 euro charge for breakfast is too high.

The things why I booked were not true , like I booked the rooms at this hotel at this high price because of pool but the pool was closed and their wasn’t any basic facilities provided in the rooms like slippers, toothpaste, milk powder pouches etc. and also when in the morning I asked for free breakfast for my kids they said it is only free if the adults also taking breakfast for €20/per person, this thing wasn’t explained when I booked online for this high price.

This is a great hotel outside the city of Paris. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Exactly what we were looking for. The staff was kind and helpful.

It's conveniently located near Disney and Paris if you're driving. They also have a nice bar with good beer, making it a great spot to relax.

This Novotel chain hotel offers basic amenities and a modest breakfast. Overall, it feels like you could get more value for the price you pay.

It was crz There is problem in air condition immediately after i checked in two rooms connected so once i enter the room i found one of the room are very hot The amazing things that i approached to reciption and the stuff informed me this is what we had if you want we can offer you fan !!! However the area manager offer me a refund which was amazing for me at that moment.

this is my fifth time to come to this hotel.. breakfast was good.. staff was very friendly and cooperative

we arrived to the hotel and it was 39 degrees ourside.. the room air-conditioning was very bad and the room wasn't cold..we had hard time to sleep because of the air-conditioning

Parking, facilities.

Bit out-dated, and no air exhaust in the toilet. The main reception was closed, had to go thru side doors, it had no ramp only stairs so it was really difficult to bring the bags up onto the hotel floor

The hotel and staff are decent, proximity to Disney land and shampooing is great.

Rooms are small and old, they need a refresh.

The understanding I received about the fact that I reserved the accommodation on the wrong dates.They happily helped me moved the dates.Staff were very friendly.

Clean and comfortable hotel! Good breakfast! Close to Disneyland and good access to Paris. Staff were friendly and accommodating.We did the check in online, which was great as it smoothed the process after a long drive. I can’t fault it and will definitely choose it again next time we visit Disneyland.

Remote location ( although for us was not an issue as we travelled by car)

The restaurant serves good food, there is a pleasant atmosphere

The sink was dirty and the shower head was broken, the restaurant was closed till 7pm but we were very hungry after travel.The bed was very uncomfortable - rock hard, we stayed before in the summer and didn't have a hard bed so were unlucky I guess

Second time staying here. Perfect place to stay near to disneyland with the kids. There's a good restaurant on site and also 2 great Pizza and American restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the hotel.

The staff, Jesus Christ, I had never experienced such service my whole life staying in different places across the globe.I was shocked and upset. I will elaborate on this here below:1 - We were out till late, when we got to the hotel, we pressed the intercom, the staff member took all his time (it might have been up to 10 minutes) to let us in (I was terrified). When he was questioned on why it took him so long to let us in, he said he had to check on the camera to see who is at the door, sure, and fair enough, but it took too long. Not only that, he did not apologise, as if it was ok what he did, thank God we are very knowledgeable with customer service professional ethics...some people can't handle it.2 - We were having breakfast, and a staff member approached us, stating that their colleague at Reception would like to see us. I wondered what has gone ? wrong. I decided to go to Reception to understand what the issue was. I was told that they've tried to make a pre-authorisation from my card and it didn't go through. I asked "why a pre-authorisation in the middle of of my stay?, the reply was "that is the protocol".I said this was not explained to me during check-in, so do you mean your colleague did not give us the right information about processes in your facility during check-in? The staff member I was interacting with emphasised it is the protocol to make pre-authorisation during guests' stays. I then said ok, I am upset, because had I been told there is a pre-authorisation mid-stay, I would have made the funds available to avoid it declining the transaction, I had made funds available for going around only, and it cannot make payment for the hotel bill.
