Great location to stay the night before we flew home. Large clean swimming pool shaded by olive trees.Close to the lovely little harbour town of Giovinazzo (5 minutes bus ride, and you get tickets from reception).Also food is really good - breakfast was surprisingly great with a lot of choice (included in the room rate) and the dinner menu was very good and very reasonable.The hotel is a bit “faded” but clean and great value for money. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. They were so helpful and nice, nothing was too much trouble. They really made our stay special.

The hotel could definitely do with a bit of an upgrade in decor both inside and out (all very brown and orange tones in the bedroom), but nevertheless clean and comfortable.

There is a swimming pool free of charge for hotel guests, but there is no space in the room to spread out wet swimsuits.

The hotel is quite dated. The main issue is that if you don’t have a car it’s really hard to get anywhere. The taxi from and to airport was 40-50 €

It was clean, tidy, swimming pool helped a lot in the heat. Just follow the rules.

“The sofa bed had sharp, exposed metal edges that caused a serious injury to my wife’s leg, resulting in significant bleeding. These protruding metal parts were completely unmarked and presented a serious safety hazard, especially considering their location in the middle of the room. This is unacceptable and extremely concerning from a guest safety standpoint.”

Very friendly staff, good parking and great food and wine in the restaurant.

Just needs some different pillows on the bed but the room was spacious with a lovely balcony

The hotel need remodeling, looks tired, but still have a great value for what it delivers.

The reception staff were really chatty and helpful after I arrived rather late. The breakfast was also pretty decent - for an Italian breakfast, although it would have been nice if breakfast had started just a little earlier than 7am.

For a hotel that calls itself 4 star, this was the lowest level 4 star hotel I have stayed in. The pictures online make it look nice enough but let's get serious, for a 4 star hotel you really could not get a more basic, basic room. I know 4 stars are sometimes justified for the extra facilities (which I did not use) but the basic room was very small, the bed was hard (and normally I like a fairly hard bed), and whilst there was a blanket available, the bed itself just had 2 sheets on top - no duvet; perhaps fine for the summer months but not for March. The shower area was pretty tiny too and mine just looked a bit tired. And the view from my slither of a window just looked sad.To be honest all the above would be absolutely fine, and I would stay there again if I had to, but sadly the expectation was much higher given the 4 star rating and so my main gripe and caution to others is just to be aware - you are getting 3 star hotel.

we stayed at the hotel for one day after arriving in Bari. Clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, breakfast on a very nice terrace.

We really enjoyed the friendly staff. They provided valuable information about the surrounding areas as well as providing excellent restaurant recommendations. They went out of their way to making sure we were comfortable in our room.Hotel staff was the best we ever had!

I preferred more toiletries in the bathroom. Only had shampoo and soap bar. The shower was old so it appeared not to be as clean as I would prefer.

Near the airport, breakfast is nice, there is a swimming pool.

There vas a mold in the shower and in general room looks far from fresh. We had a room with a window to the railway, so we could hear the trains running.
