Nice little oasis in the Lago Patria area, walled in area felt very safe. Very clean and well kept. All of the staff were fantastic and friendly, we had a great stay.

This hotel is superb. Every one of the staff are awesome and really go out of their way to make your stay better. The rooms are great, the breakfast is delicious and the dinner service through the app is a brilliant idea. Stayed in this area many times and this hotel is far better than any of its competitors.

The location is quite remote but some restaurants/shops are within a short walk distance.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety.The transport to the airport was great and for correct price.

My room was spacious with everything I needed for a short and comfortable stay. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. If I needed to be in the area again, this would be the hotel I’d choose. The car park was perfect, with below or above ground options.

Staff is very very helpful and friendly. Swimming pool and jaccuzi was fun. Breakfast was good. We all enjoyed the hotel a lot!

There was a bad smell of skewage, but we were easily moved to another area which was excellent. Internet was not always perfect.

I was a late checkin but the staff were so helpful and friendly when I arrived, even offered to help carry my bags up! The next day, I had to wait several hours before my taxi arrived to take me to the airport. The staff allowed me to hang out on their patio, had drinks and snacks and they made sure I was looked after even though I had checked out earlier that morning. Fabulous service! Breakfast was great and included! Bed was comfortable.

If you are going there for a visit, and you don't have a car, the location is not ideal however I was there for work and it was close to the place where I needed to be.

The property is in a remote location, not near to any shops or restaurants. The hotel itself doesn't serve food but will order in for evening meal. We arrived at lunch time and we were all hungry. They don't usually order in lunch but made some calls and arranged for pizzas to be delivered to us which we ate beside the pool. The staff were friendly, helpful and keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The pool is wonderful and the rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Most of the staff speak good English. The breakfast buffet was delicious too.

The remote location is a bit of a pain when you don't have transport. There is nothing within safe walking distance. There were some shops next door but all boarded up and abandoned. It is very remote but ideal if you need to be near the NATO base and around 40 minutes drive from the airport. The lack of lunch options was frustrating and initially they were slightly reluctant to accommodate our request for food. Some careful and determined negotiation got us what we needed in the end and they served us with pride and good humour.

nothing significant. lack of sidewalks district is not up to the hotel. any movement out of hotel must be done by car for our safety.

The pool and tarrace are fantastic....The staff are very polite and at your disposal.Parking at site and beaches not so far....perfect

The staff and the hotel itself were pretty good. and despite seeming to be far, it is quite close to the city making the commute really easy for us that have a car. Also, you don't have to fight for parking like in the city and the price is amazing compared to getting something in a busier area.

due to some change of schedules, we end up eating dinner in the hotel. the hotel does not prepare their food, making them order the food from other places. It was Monday and the food we ordered was flavorless to the point that for the first time, I had to season a pizza myself in Italy. so don't order dinner. enjoy the breakfast, that was good :-)

Great location for basing for work, secure parking provides peace of mind. Generous spread for breakfast and nice to enjoy an aperitivo by the pool after work. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are modern and clean.

If you advertise that you have a hot tub/ jacuzzi then especially when the weather turns cool it should be working. To tell guests that it first has to be cleaned before being available is just not good enough. It shows no effort to make youur hotel as enjoyable as it could be. If you advertise a hot breakfast intil 9:30 then there ought to be more than a couple hard-baked sausages in the pan at 9:00 and there should be some bacon in the chafing dish marked “BACON” - and telling guestsvthat it will take another 40 minutes (FORTY minutes!!) to prepare more is just a transparently poor way of saying “We’re out - and tough luck!”.

The hote staff were very friendly and welcoming. They had very good facilities. A nice little garden for dogs to be off the lead.The pool was a decent size and clean.The rooms were clean and a decent size.
