Great view form the hotel. Clean room. Helpfull and nice staff. Good location. 20 min bus ride from Taormina.

Poor breakfast

Location was great the view was amazing from the room. Staff were v nice.

There were no tea coffee sashes in room even the kettle was not there but they provided a kettle once we asked for it.

We liked the proximity to the beach and all restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff.

No parking ,although we understand the area is crowded.

The breakfast ladies and most of the reception staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The property was spotless and all linen and towels were fresh and clean daily. Beautifully perfect location is definitely its saving grace!

The lack of bar service in the hours the pool was open. Couldn’t get a drink or ice cream as was told to go to the shop next door.. left us feeling a little faint as it was so hot. Luckily there is a shop a couple of doors down. Lack of rubbish bins around pool area. Having to cart around your rubbish to find a bin which was in our hotel room. No bins in any communal areas. Only one iron in the whole hotel and no ironing board. Even asking 4 days in advance to a wedding we were attending we couldn’t get use of the iron as it was so say with another guest. The most important and disappointing is the old fashioned air con system that sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t. Staff helped by giving us a fan but affected sleep as it was so hot. Don’t know whether it was centrally controlled but our room was very warm and air con hardly worked.

Location and view from the balcony

I booked that hotel because of the outdoor pool but they were doing works and no one could use the pool. There is a night club near the hotel and there was loud music till 2am, so if you want to sleep good in the weekend choose another hotel.

The room was lovely with views over the ocean. There is an electronic blind that blackens the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Maria-Rosa. Great position, close to restaurants

The website didn’t advertise that the pool was closed but we have found the same problem throughout Sicily. Not one pool has been opened on our trip so far so not specific to this hotel. We also have noticed that there aren’t tea/coffee making facilities available generally. As early risers, this is important to us so don’t assume that it is available

Hotel staff were pleasant. Well organized.Hotel was right in the heart of the city. Everything close by. The breakfast buffet was included A variety of foods to start the day.Last photo uploaded was an error, I couldn’t delete it.

There’s a bar across from the hotel. Loved the vibe and music but it was loud until 2am. It was an outdoor club. They could have lowered the music past 11pm. Not sure why the music was playing so loud or why the authorities don’t have noise deadline time.Our balcony view was hidden at the side of the building with a small view of the sea.

Nothing, they gave our room to someone else!!

Even though we booked month ago and got a confirmation from the hotel it was fully booked when we arrived tired after a long journey. The receptionist had little understading to our dissapointment. She explained that it was totally normal that it was full and told us they had changed our booking to another hotel in another town!! She told us the new hotel was better but of that we dont know as we never got to see this hotelWe demanded to at least have the taxi payed for and after her discussing over the phone with her boss agreed to pay.The hotel we got was Taormina Park hotel and that was very good with nice staff. The booking stated balcony which we received after one night when we could show the booking confirmation from Panoramic.I dont know what went wrong with our booking but we ended up having a great vacation in Taormina instead.

Room size is good, location is perfect, the staff were very kind, the hotel has a charming style. There is a small market nearby wilth local food. Ask the receptionist lady for beach ticket!

Breakfast was monotone, same options every morning. Coffee.machine is Nescafe, that was terrible. No default options for whole-grain pastry and soy milk. The backyard view from the room is on a parking lot and a poultry yard. The hotel pool is quite cold (always in the shade).We also experienced water shortage in the city.

We had room on the 5th floor with nice view but completely broken air conditioning. It was very warm whole stay. We couldn’t open window because next to hotel is Janeta beach club which one is very loud during the night. On the arrival day floor wasn’t clean properly as I found a few black hairs.

Nothing wrong with the property, being peak season it was very noisy due people having fun and loud music.

There's a very loud nightclub opposite front of hotel take your earplugs or you will be raving to the early hours.Overall the hotel is very clean but slightly care worn and jaded and could do with a refurbishment. AC poor and needs renewing throughout had to leave our lovely sea view room as AC leaking into electric socket ,swiftly moved to another room much quieter at back of hotel views over Etna but no air con just a fan which circulated hot air made for a very sweaty night?

We didn’t stay in that property when we arrived it wasn’t open and we were moved to another hotel

The staff and the hotel were really lovely and the location was on the beachfront, so the views were amazing. The breakfast was very good. Overall it was very good value for money. But...

The only downside was the bar directly across the road playing really loud music until 2 or 3 am. It was so loud all the doors, windows and shutters had to be kept shut at night and this only helped a little bit with the noise from the music. I can't stress enough how loud the music was. It's such a shame as we would not go back to the hotel because of it.

spent all day around the pool,lifeguards are great with the kids, lifeguard Lenin was amazing and helped us out with everything we needed? we will definitely come back

Great location, 8min walk from bus stop Giardini Dalmazia going from airport. Beach just opposite to the hotel (private for 12EUR- 2 sunbeds i umbrella), public for free. Fantastic view from 4th floor room, room very nice. Very good, supportive Staff, room cleaned perfectly every day. Good breakfast, with becon, eggs, cheese and ham and wide range of sweats. Near to Taormina by bus and many restaurants nearby.
