Nice swimming pool.

Rooms very dark and dated. Had a side sea view 1126 and Would have preferred 1 king bed. Hot breakfast options very poor quality . Had mentioned coeliac allergy on booking but no more or reference made by restaurant staff.

The hotel was dated, old, the staff was unprofessional and overall it was noisy and not a great experience. I would never suggest this to anyone!

Positive stay in general

The beach umbrellas are small , more comfortable sun beds would help. You should allow car parking confirmation at booking stage. Am not too sure about the bed mattress , very soft to my liking and we found the room very cold each time we returned.

Hotel was great however for the price you pay the beach and chairs should be included in room rate

the rooms were a bit outdated, but that’s ok because the ac worked and the bed was large and veryyyy comfortable

Location was AMAZING!! Right on the beach with a beautiful pool and beach access. Lounge chairs for both the pool and beach. We had a room with a balcony that overlooked onto the beach. The complimentary breakfast was out of this world!! It was a great location and perfect stay for a couple of relaxing days at the beach during our trip.

That we had to leave.

that the interior was a little outdated and that there was a small crack in the pilar of our very cute balcony next to the bed where light switches some worked others didnt work or do anything .

The room size, location, amenities, and breakfast. All were wonderful and similar to what I’m used to at home (North America).

It’s an old hotel and rooms need some renovations.

Location is very good, good breakfast, private beach (but pebbly, so aqua shoes are needed), nice swimming pool (although not very big), tasty restaurants across the street.

The first room we were settled was not clean, with mold on the walls in the bathroom, also wifi didn't work at all there. We asked for a replacement, first they didn't want to change it (because "the hotel is fully booked"), finally they gave us another room - but! - there were other people living in the room when we came!! The third try was much better, clean and nice room, but now the beds were smaller than we requested (our booking included Queen beds, but there were only single ones), so we had to live with it. The rest of the holiday was ruined :( Totally not expected from the hotel taking into account its price.

I was impressed by the king-size bed - very comfortable. I liked the garden and the space between the hotel and the sea. Also, the pool was okay, but too small, and the staff there was very rude to us. The pool rules were not written down; they accepted whomever they wanted and excluded others, just by personal choice.

The beach had stones, so I didn't like that. Breakfast was very poor for a 4-star hotel, and the quality was not great. The staff was very rude, with no intention of helping us with any of the problems we had. They treated us very poorly - sometimes I felt humiliated by their attitude, which was unacceptable. I was disspointed that the hotel didn't had any parking space, They tricked us into using one for which we paid, in front of the hotel. There was no sing of any parking space.

The location of the property is excellent. It is located beachfront. Beach umbrella and chairs are free. The bus stop is nearby to get a bus to go to Taormina for 3 euros round trip. The hotel has guarded parking nearby. We also had breakfast included. The breakfast is served is a beautiful room with a full view of the beach. The breakfast items are delicious and plentiful. The lobby has been renovated recently and is beautiful. The pool has also been renovated very tastefully. We also had free spa services included, but we did not take advantage of any. Our room was spacious and with a gorgeous beachfront view.

Our room wasn’t renovated yet. The bathroom was a little tight with a very high tub that was difficult to access.

Beach and pool was amazing! We never had dinner at the hotel but lunch by the pool bar was delicious and so was breakfast. Facilities were clean and beautiful. Delicious little restaurants across the street and a supermarket down the block. Loved it would definitely go back!

Rooms could use updating. They were clean but a little dated.

The property was gorgeous and the staff very helpful. The pool and surrounding area was lovely, and the rooms were very comfortable with tons of storage. Our view was fantastic. Breakfast was quite nice.

The main restaurant for dinner needs some simpler offerings for adults. The courses are fairly complicated and while lovely, sometimes you just need something simple and local. A fresh pasta, clean fish with grilled veggies.

The pool and garden were nice. Breakfast was very good and had lots of choices.

The hotel is really dated, still looks like in the 70’s when it was build, the bathroom was awful, the water had no pressure and it wouldn’t drain properly. The room they gave me was not cleaned after the previous guest. I told the reception and they did nothing about it, not even an apology.You have to pay to use the beach 25 euro a day. The restaurants hours and menus were confusing, dinner was really expensive since you had to order at least 2 course to have a decent dinner. For example i ordered ravioli the one night and they gave me 5 pieces.

Convenient access to pool, beach and lounge area

Drink services not conducive to customer likes. Drinks were hard to get after 6:30 out near the pool.

Offered two double beds when they could fit two queen beds in the room so a bit tight for 4 people.

Everything!! Beautiful hotel- excellent location- and friendly and helpful staff! The hotel is beachfront with a beautiful, clean beach! The restaurants, lounges, and spa amenities are exceptional!! It is a short walk to Giardini Naxos, availbilty of several restaurants right out the front door, and the bus stop around the corner! LOVE this hotel and the location! Highly recommend!!!!

There was nothing I didn’t like!

The staff especially young generation like Fabio, Aurora in the reception or Giovanni who serves in the breakfast area/restaurant is so friendly and helpful.The hotel/room has all facilities. The room is big, the wardrobe is nice and enough. The fitness area is also nice. I used three times during my vacation and it has everything and you can work-out comfyThe breakfast menu is so rich. It has also Sicilian local tastes like Granita, Cannoli, Arancini, etc.The hotel has own the beach and no need to go somewhere else. They provide the towels, too.

Safe is sometimes not working. Remove the card, insert it again and that way, it was working. Sometimes technician helped us. This can be negative thing and must be solved.The hotel has own parking area and you must pay. The price can be lower to the people who stay at the hotel.
