    Pros +

    • Beautiful resort with outstanding service. Nice breakfast, super shiny floors. Personalized service. Nothing is ever a bother to the staff. Everyone is friendly.
    • The service is outstanding. All of the staff are focused on the customers. The floors are shiny and clean. The breakfast fresh and plentiful and the rooms large and comfortable.
    • The property it’s well managed, still a seasonal hotel with pros and cons but overall it’s a well put together hotel, great for couples or older couples who doesn’t really want to deal with kids around or noisy group tours.Great sized rooms as well,I’ll come back next year.

    Cons -

    • Sicily is Sicily so don’t expect a million phone ish charging ports.
    • Nothing specifically, maybe room in need of a bit of refresh?
    • Hotel is old, a bit outdated. Pillows close to non existent and the bed was super hard.

    Good structure

Hotel is old, a bit outdated. Pillows close to non existent and the bed was super hard.

Breakfast was the same everyday, lacked Italian cheeses, nice cornettos and cooking was not consistent.

    8DavePosted on: 5-14-2025

Our room was very large, #601, but it was not what we reserved through Booking.com. We expected a view, we also expected we would be closer to the beach. Breakfasts were abundant. Staff, very nice.

Miscommunications between Booking.com and Hotel reservation system. We reserved a suite with a view, we got a suite n what I ordered.(bigger) but no view. The food offering at the pool bar closed at 2, why, people were turned away? Also miscommunication between myself and SPA esthetician.

Nice welcome drink. We asked for separate beds in our order, they promissed, but forgot. By our request they gave us rooms with separet beds - unfortunately with terrible beds and bad working heating, Shower was t work at all. Really terrible experience, i didnt sleep all the night through on the old and hard matrace. After we asked in reception for another rooms with normal beds. They were nice and gave new rooms and separate beds, too. This room was two times bigger, nice, beds were comfortable. We spent there only one night but it was different level. Spa is amaizing. all the hotel before seasone is new painting, outside swimming pool is nice and restaurant looks beautifull. Amaizing restaurant not far away, reception made reservation.

The facilities and location are good.

The hotel is old and needs refurbishment.

LARGE ROOM WITH BEDS SURPASSED OUR REQUEST TERRIFIC ROOM (SMALL BALCONY THOUGH) VIEWS OVER THE POOL AND MOUNTAIN WERE BEAUTIFUL

NO MENU AT BREAKFAST WE DID NOT KNOW IF YOU COULD ORDER FOOD. A MEAL NOT ON THE BUFFET TO BE COOKED I.E. AN OMELETTEBALCONY WAS TOO SMALL FOR BOTH OF US TO SIT ON TO RELAX

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The facility is well maintained.

The breakfast offers not so much choice and the fee of 15€ for an umbrella, even if you come at 4pm, is very expensive and not customer friendly. Why there isn't an evening ticket?

beds had regular duvets and were comfortable. pool area is pretty. hotel for elders.

we had to pay for a private beach - it is not mentioned in the offer. everything you order is listed to your final room bill but no one is checking that and you can simply say different room number - at the check out you receive a bill with plenty of things you didn't order. I advise you to check every position. breakfasts are 90% sweet things. each day there was only one vegetable - tomato, which I hate. hotel is kinda a catfish, it is definitely not a 4 star hotel, it's oldschool. friends received share room and were not informed about that. they switched room and it good water pressure like mist and mold on the wall.

    The pool area

The staff were not very friendly. Everything was about money. Pool towels you needed to pay. Parking there was a fee which I knew but when we arrived we were told there was no room for our car when we had already spoken to someone and they said it would be fine. Then miraculously there was a parking spot. There were no menus. So we didn’t know what was for dinner. Didn’t know if there was room service. Staff never smiled. Asked if we could have late checkout as we were getting a ferry from Messina to Salerno at 2am. First answer was no and then it was ask the staff in the morning and then they needed to go and ask and then they came back with you can stay till 4.00pm for an extra $70.00 euro. Was it so hard. The power in our room kept switching off.

We like the atmosphere and vibe at the hotel. Also, the swimming pool area felt like an oasis, which was very appealing. The fitness room was also nice. Friendly staff.

If we must stay something, you could tell the uniforms the staff ought to wear were a bit out-dated. You felt you were in a middle of a bond movie from the 50’s.

Great breakfast, lovely pool and very well looked after building. Always plenty of beds by the pool and we felt very well looked after. All of the staff were lovely. There is a private beach with a small charge for sunbeds and parasols but lots of space and a lifeguard on duty so well worth it. It was quiet and very relaxing. The food by the pool was very good. A short walk to the closest restaurants , bus stop and wee supermarket. Good transport links. We would definitely return.

It was an extremely nice and relaxing holiday. The hotel was extremely clean and the room very nice with a beautiful vie

It was well located. Nice breakfast. Lovely pool. Fantastic view from the balcony.

The stair carpet needed vacuuming - otherwise it was very clean. The two sockets by the bed didn’t work.

    10AdamPosted on: 7-17-2024

The pool was calm and there were always beds available. The pool bar was great for lunch.

    8JabirPosted on: 7-7-2024

It was good reachable, very close to the beach.

The breakfast was dry and every day the same things.Beach beds had to pay for them even tho they were the hotel’s. Towel for pool or beach had to pay for them. To use indoor pool was also not included. Almost every thing you would think will be included in the price, is not. You have to pay for almost every little thing.
