the staff and place

the bathroom smells no very good, and de ventilation was not very clean

The room was very clean, the breakfast was great. The staff were nice. The beach was very near to the hotel, very nice!

Beautiful building and great location.

Large Garbage bin in front of entrance building. Unsightly. Parking lot across the street on dirt lot. If it was raining we would have muddy shoes

The suite is impressive beautiful tray ceiling and super comfortable bed. The view of the ocean great and wonderful breakfast

We paid for a suite and the 1 st night we are told no AC becuz they are switching over the "system " so no air in the room. We opened the doors and mosquitos came in and we as awful. The next day they provided a fan to keep them off us. Then the spa didn't work and I told them and they did not fix it

Front desk staff seemed to be a bit rude and indifferent to concerns.

It felt fancy! the breakfast was awesome and the proximity to the beach was perfect.

I wish the exercise and sauna facility was open.

The location (very close to the bus station and some restaurants), the nice private beach, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the size of the room with the comfortable beds.

Nothing too important, but some details could be improved: the noise in the mornings with the doors slamming very loudly, and would be nice to have a snack bar (some quick starters or sandwiches/pizza) available at the restaurant and on the beach throughout the day.

Rooms were newly remodeled and very clean. The hotel is classic and swanky. Staff was very nice, private beach with chairs & umbrellas (no extra charge) was perfect and the hotel restaurant was very good. Breakfast was included and was abundant every day. Lunch and dinner are a la carte and both great. Location was great for day trip to Taormina and there is a little market across the street. It was overall a great experience. The spa was closed for renovations and the staff made sure I knew that at the time of booking.

Pool tiles could use a little TLC.

Amazing hotel with a private beach, free private parking. Breakfast was wonderful, plenty to choose from.The room was spacious, regularly cleaned.

Amazing hotel! Our room was very clean and neat. They have a private beach for the hotel guests which is awesome. The staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely will go back again. Absolutely loved it.

The location is right in front of the beach with private access to it in a very quiet area of the town yet only 10 minutes away walking from the center of it. the personell has been extremely friendly. the room was super clean and the bed comfortable. the breakfast had gluten free options and the mini bar had 4 welcome drinks included.

The noise the cleaning lady was making in the bedrooms next to us woke us up at 8 o'clock so the room insulation is not the best I would say although everything is modern and renovated.

The room on the top floor was massive and amazing view with view of Etna mountain. clean and mini bar was refilled with water and soft drinks. Location was excellent walking distance to restaurant and nightlife! Also staff were very friendly and helpful

Not much varieties for breakfast and the menu on the beach was very limited to small sandwiches

The private beach was the best thing and the location is also great

The parking in this hotel is very inconvenient and you have to rely on stuff to open it and find you parking every time which is time consuming

Very nice pool and the beach was beautiful. We enjoyed going to the beach in the mid and the pool in the afternoon.

Nothing bad to say about this hotel. It was a beautiful stay.

Good location, private beach.

Room was decent size, not very clean, no soap in dispenser even after we asked (was given a small bar soap instead); shower drain was clogged and water stayed there forever. There is no way cleaning staff wouldn't notice if they would actually clean the shower.

Unannounced renovations. Pool was not in use and there was noise from 8am till 5pm.Because it's not a sand beach you will most likely need footwear for swimming since the pebbles can be quite rough on your feet.
