Pros +
- Very nice, spacious room with a good conditioner and excellent blinds. We had a corner room and it was super silent and comfy. Good location, close to the city centre? but very quite. Beautiful views.
- Location, room was very nice with beautiful view.
- Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, really good facilities especially pool area and gardens. Good continental style breakfasts, super fried eggs, good lunch menu , great salads. Reasonable prices for bar.
Cons -
- Outdated furniture and infrastructure, outdated pool and sunbeds. Breakfast offer could be better, a few fresh fruits or vegetables, not tasty at all. Entry in the sea not usable in most times as placed in a spot where waves get very high, unsafe to go into the sea there.
- Not really responsive through booking online chat.
- Maybe the lighting along the road could be a bit better, but of course this is not the responsibility of the hotel itself.

Very nice hotel. Receptionist was the nicest person, thank you! Lava rocks were instead of regular beach, but impressive. Old building with antiques around, vintage furniture and so on. Breakfast was excellent, everything you need, blood orange fresh juice was mouth watering, eggs, salami, cheese and of course sweet Italian pastries. Quite place with stunning views!
Warm and welcoming hotel, superbly positioned on the rocks overlooking the sea. Interesting antique furniture throughout made this hotel rather special. Plenty of seating areas.

OSFExcellent. There being no service lift, there might be a place for set times for service use as lift unusable on several occasions. Not so minor when guest approaching 80!
The view from my room was amazing, the lady at the reception was amazing and so welcoming, I had issue with my card ( Amex wasn’t accepted) and she went beyond and above to fix the issue and overall made me feel so comfortable. I hope she seems this comment ❤️Also, the tall gentleman that works behind the bar was so nice and cheerful and even explained to me what few words meant in Italian ?
Fabulous location, tastefully updated, wonderful staff
Not much!
The room smelt. The pool was very salty and general facilities were average.
Everything was hust perfect,Totally clean rooms, beautiful view, nice food
lovely hotel with a local feel at the end of a quiet road. our room had a view of the ocean that made everyday perfect! comfortable bed. delicious breakfast (loved the fresh orange juice!).
a bit dated, but not too bad. could use nicer comforters
The location is at the very end of a small road. The hotel doesn't have a beach with sand, but does have access to the ocean over the volcanic rocks and the pool is lovely. The sandy beach (Naxos) is approximately a 10-15 min walk. In the off season, when we were there, the bus route starts a little farther away, but the staff told us during the tourist season the bus comes much more closely and will take you along the whole beach and up to Taormina. The hotel is full of neat antiques, but the bathrooms and doors/windows have clearly recently been redone, and are modern. The mattress was memory foam and firm, but comfortable. Like much of Europe, the king is two twins pushed together. The rooms are simple, but functional, very clean and comfortable. Super friendly staff.Bring sturdy beach shoes for walking on the rocks! They provided hours of child entertainment.
I think it's time for the hotel to consider updating their bedspreads. Currently, they are polyester quilted numbers harkening from a 1985 style book. They're clean and in good shape, just a little dated. A white cotton duvet cover with some colorful throw pillows might give them a needed update. I think in the high season with full occupancy finding enough parking might be a challenge. Was not an issue for us.
everything is perfect. nice view , Kind Person, Good breakfast
perfect location and beautiful view. friendly service and nice and clean
Lovely quiet, well maintained pool and great to be able to access the sea easily from the gardens. Evening dinner option was really good quality and good value for money with friendly, helpful staff. Freshly refurbished room with wonderful view. Clean, well kept hotel and gardens
Some distance from public bus routes but we had our car ( with free, safe parking at ground level).
Silent part of Giardini Nacos close to bautifull Taormina with view from some parts of ETNA.
breakfast
It was far from the center and it was isolated(last one of the hotels on the road)
Beautiful traditional hotel with stunning views. The staff were helpful and friendly, we had a lovely room.
Good location in quiet area but easy to access everything. Pool was lovely and not overcrowded. Access into the sea via steps .Staff were are lovely and extremely helpful. We opted for the evening meal one night which was very good and excellent value for money.
Grand old hotel with amazing details and antique furniture. Nicely renovated bathrooms in Scandinavian style. Nice pool and great access through the rocks to the sea - lovely!
