The location is perfect

Yes the owner have a bar on the ropftop and people just go in and out so make so mich noisy until 11 oclock

The hotel was in town and close to everything.

The lighting - very dark in the bathroom. Did not like the breakfast.

Easy to get to and close to Taormina and many restaurants . Ability to drop off luggage.

Parking is available but at a price and a reasonable walk.

Access to beach club, convenient to buses to train station and Taormina. Nice large private terrace.

Underwhelming accommodations for the price. Uncomfortable bed, moldy bathroom ceiling and grout, bad combination of stink and room perfume, could not walk on floor barefooted, towels were threadbare. Absolutely everything needs an update.

Good breakfast, super clean, location next to the beach and restaurants.

Reception staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Made you feel very welcome. The location was great, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Easy to commute to bigger towns (Taormina)Breakfast included was a nice touch and again, staff made this very easy, especially when wanting to take to the room etc.

Maids would clean rooms extremely early and make a lot of noise which woke us up every morning. Furnishing in the room was very basic and outdated. Bathroom had a sewage/toilet smell when used. Bed was very hard and made a lot of noise when sat on. Would be good for the tv’s to be smart and have apps- only one English channel

The hotel was very clean and well-situated for day trips to Taormina and Etna, as well as Naxos and the beach. The room was always clean with fresh towels whenever needed and the breakfast wears excellent.

The private beach is not included, despite what is implied in the description. There is a reduced rate, but it is still 15 euros/day.The balcony was nice to sit out on but the “garden” is non-existent and very close to the railway; it would be good if they did more with the outside space.

Very nice friendly staff who spoke some English. Massimo the night porter was very good. Good breakfast. Central location 1 minute walk from the beach and restaurants.

It's on a busy street so can be noisy outside due to traffic.

The noise from the street. It was impossible to sleep before 2am. There is literally no noise insulation. Toilet was dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. We had no hot water the night we arrived, we had to ask for someone to check.

Clean and well presented Hotel and room located near beach, shops and restaurants. All the Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.Highly recommend and would stay again.

This is a little difficult. Loved the location.breakfast, room and staff but...

Ok... the weather was particularly hot in Sicily. When we booked, I obviously didn't read the small print, lesson learnt! The air conditioning is controlled at reception... We were told that when we checked in.. I made the assumption that because of the heat, they would air condition our room. No... We spent 3 nights barely being able to sleep because of the heat. What really topped it off... they ran the air conditioner in recrption at night. It didn't matter what time we returned from a night out, the reception area had the air conditioner running and very cool.If guests can't have cool rooms, it would make sense that no one should feel comfortable at night, including the one person city/ sleeping in the reception area. The only hotel in our 6 week stay North and South of Italy that we had this problem with.

Lovely staff, clean and comfortable. Locals all very welcoming. Nice little balcony.

I was working remotely but had problems with WiFi, terrible in the morning but much better in the afternoon.The hotel is opposite the beach which is fine but the road outside can be noisy.

Parking was a bit of a walk, view was minimal.

The location is exceptional. The breakfast is great, although mainly sweet options which is probably an Italian tradition. Room was very clean, cleaning service came everyday and changed the towels. We could leave our luggage there after checkout, they even offered us a room where we can refresh ourselves before our flight home. Staff is super nice. We got a room with balcony to the garden, the balcony looks much better than in the photos, it was much bigger. We really did not regret, that we did not get the sea view room, this one was much quiter.

Very helpful staff, breakfast was excellent, room was very clean & comfortable bed with daily towel change, plenty of restaurants just a short walk away, good value for money.

Overall not a great experience and wouldn’t recommend.

In the hotel description it says they have hotel parking and there is even a garage with a sign that says hotel parking BUT then you can’t park there since it’s apparently private. Instead you can park in a parking lot for 15€/day. We booked mainly because it said it has parking so we were pretty upset. The aircondition is centralised and you have to tell the reception to change it for you which is a bit unpractical. It was VERY loud every morning since the main street is next to the hotel. Rooms are very old and honestly a bit ugly. Bathroom is tiny. Matress in very uncomfortable. There hotel has a very weird smell.
