The location. Nice private bay to swim in.

My room was right above the service and loading dock entrance. A lot of construction materials etc and this back alley entrance was my view. Also very noisy from 05:00 onward with deliveries coming and going.

Breakfast was impressively cheap ! Bacon once finished, didn't make more, sausages cut into 2. Also bananas were cut into 2 ! For an espresso coffee, which is a basic Italian coffee, have been asked to pay extra.We're not sure if we were in the 4 star part or the 3 star part of the building. Same building with 2 classifications I have never seen it. One of our rooms had the only door leading directly to the service drive where bins are kept ! Doesn't really sound like 4 star !

Absolutely nothing . The on duty receptionist tried to take us to our room. She couldn't find it! Eventually presented with a dingy dark room in a basement with overgrown grass and a property severely in need of maintenance. We refused the room and asked for another. At this point the receptionist took offense and told us in some very colorful language to leave. Absolutely disgusting. Save your money and choose somewhere else.

Everything . In 40 years traveling the world I have never had such a horrific experience.

The location was perfect and I loved having a sea view it felt so special. The sun beds and umbrellas were great but they need more umbrellas

The breakfast and the fact that the swinging pool was closed at 18:30 especially when it was still daylight.

Location is great, perfect to relax while avoiding the crowds. The pool area is good and the see view is beautiful. The drink menu has a reasonable price.

The hotel is by far not a 4 stars, as they claim. Breakfast was low quality, pastries were industrialised and tasted like the day before. The coffee was not real coffee, it was instantaneous (like powder coffee), which is unacceptable for a 4 stars. The room was quite old, some wires coming old from light sockets, window shades were jamming and some curtains were missing. Pool towels are extra charged (!?!?).

Great location, plenty of restaurants close by.

Staff could have been more welcoming & offer information about the area. Good job the wifi was able to help book trips.

The hotel was on the beach

1. No vegetables or salade on the breakfast2. Poor breakfast3. The stair to the sea was from stainless steel but with sharp edges in which i cut one of my fingers badly

Right on the beach. Lovely pool. Great view. Good food from restaurant/bar and very pleasant staff.

Don’t have shuttle. I asked for a taxi to train station, receptionist said none of their contact taxis were available so had to walk into town with luggage (about 10 minutes) and found one to take me rest of way. She just wasn’t very helpful or concerned.

Convenient and private access to the sea, not overcrowded,, room cleaned daily

'Quirky' and not very interested staff (who even before the trip didn't respond to any of our messages), stopped replacing cheap little shower gels & soap in room after a few days

Nike hotel is half of two hotels in one building, the other being Hotel Kalos. There's a good-sized car park which was very handy. I got a rather gloomy room overlooking the dustbins, but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was OK too. In fact everything was Ok, while nothing was really special.

The location should have been fantastic, right by the sea with a nice little pool, but the whole place was rather run-down and in need of some love I felt. Practical, but lacking in feel-good factor.

The location of this hotel is perfect! Direct access to the sea, and walking distanse to the center of Giardini Naxos. The staff, especially in the restaurant, are very smiling an service-minded ?. The restaurant has a very tasty fish of the day and delicious pizzas. The bed was very comfortable, and the rooms were quiet at night. We hope to come back! Thank you!

The areas for the sun-beds looks a little bit shabby.

Limited access to the sea lack of steps that used to be there on previous trips.

Room was spacious and a lovely balcony. Staff were very friendly

The hotel itself is a bit run down, especially around pool area. Also we missed having lunch as only one waiter and poor person was run off his feet and unable to serve us. Our advice is please have two staff members on during peak periods

dated & very scruffy. awful breakfast & probably the worst place I’ve stayed!

Restful. Located between the private beach and an archaeological park, a very quiet place where only in the morning and in the evening can you hear the song of the blackbird, perfect for relaxation and rest.

the outdoor area required some maintenance the restaurant ordering for dinner (there was no menu - but you had to choose for the next day: a bit weird) was very unusual and the food not great

Beautiful location . Close tor the sea . The staff was excellent - did all they could for us guests. Very good for walks along the bay. Many shops and many nice restaurants.

No kettle in room
