Large selection at the buffet breakfast, nice large balcony with sea view

The room was shabby and with poor lighting looked even worse. The bathroom was outdated. The room had cracks in the plaster and the elevator in the corridor was making a metallic noise when movie hearable in the room all night long, hard to sleep without hearplugs

Very good position and great beach (no sand)

Unfortunately breakfast is a bit late (starts at 07:30)

I liked the staff especially the ladies at the bar

The environment and service was excellent ? The Pool was perfect ??. The Breakfast was amazing and the people were very helpful. The Place gives so many options to visit other close Beaches ⛱️?️ and Super Market. Thank you so much.

Between the Toilet and shower was very close! Icouldn't seat in the Toilet straight ?I had to seat aside! Something else ihad to ask in the reception all the time to switch ON and OFF the AC. Otherwise People were very friendly and helpful.. Thank you the whole Team Kalos!

Although there was no beach access, the location and view were very good. We had a car and there is a parking lot. We were given a room with a sea view even though we did not reserve it. The breakfast was good, I especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace. There are both stairs and a lift. We had access to a pool and sunbeds. Amazing view of the moon and moonlight reflection on the ocean.

You cannot control the AC setting so it was too hot for my husband at night. We tried to open the balcony door but the guest next to us was a smoker so the smoke was coming into our room and it was unbearable. For this reason, we also did not spend any time on the balcony which was a shame considering we have a sea view room. The pool for our hotel was closed so we had to go to the pool next door; that wasn't an issue as it was not yet the busy season (end of May) but I hope that it opens in time for then.

We stayed here only one night more to rest our heads on our onward journey. The property itself seemed nice, room was of good size and pool and beach view appeared pleasant. There was parking space for our car late at night.

Breakfast was very poor with unusually bad coffee for Italy. Bathroom amenities were limited with quite basic shampoo - we felt this would have been a struggle if staying longer.

Hotel"Kalos" in Giardini-Naxos is beautifully situated at the seashore, far away from the main street with its hordes of tourists. Breakfast was served in a beautiful garden, which somewhat compensated for the lack of choice.

The rooms( especially bathrooms)are in urgend need of renovation. For example, in some bathrooms, the shelves under the mirrors were missing. The bedside lamps and the safe didn`t work. The continental breakfast was fresh but pretty dull.

Fantastic location overlooking the sea. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to good restaurants and beaches and also a short journey to Taormina. Clean and well decorated room. Lovely balcony. Excellent breakfast.

WiFi could be a bit better. Will be good when the pool is finished.

Excellent choice at breakfast. Nicely laid out with swimming pools. Close to center.

Nothing to note

The accommodation is set in a very calm location, it’s possible to park in front of the hotel, as you get a card allowing you to do so for free. The receptionists spoke good English and gave us all the necessary information. The room was fine with a side view on the sea and Etna. It’s also possible to use their swimmin pool and sun beds for free.

Just the furniture is certainly the oldish one, functional though. Also the entrance to the sea is more difficult, just from the stairs.

Air con in the room was so noisy that we needed to turn it off. The interior of the room was very old, probably from the 80's.

The grounds area needs some investment to bring it up to standard but it did not detract from a great holiday.

Friendly fun staff, great location with swimming off the rocks and coast path to beautiful Pirata Beach. Huge room, very quiet with good value dinner and good breakfast, lovely terrace beside the sea

Of all the hotels I did in Sicilie, This hotel deserves the grand prize. The staff, incredibly friend's and helpful and social. Just wonderfull!! The beach, the breakfast, all number 1!
