Pros +
- The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is small and located on the corner of 2 side roads. Had to remove suitcases up the road because stopping in front of the hotel is impossible. It’s a quaint place, 3 floors, no elevator, so try booking 1st floor for less stairs if you’re older like us. Small breakfast area, but the simple breakfast was good, Great Coffee. There’s a dirt parking lot a couple minutes walk from the hotel, the parking lot attendant is super nice and you’ll find a goose and a rooster keeping an eye on everyone, I believe Pasquale is the name of the goose. There are also a couple of restaurants on the same street as the parking lot which is on a one way street, so you’ll need to drive around in a loop from the hotel in order to park in the lot. We got used to it after the first day.
- Francly this was a nice suprise. The hotel it self is old one, but taken good care. It is clean, staff is polite. Breakfast italian style. Room had a side sea view. Location is near all the beaches. We liked the furthes one.
- Good location, breakfast, and the staff
Cons -
- Friendly staff. Very clean, good air conditioning, short walk to the water and cafes. 25-30 min drive to Taormina which we visited several times.
- Have to mention the noise from the outside. The windows does not do the job well. Still very original hotel for 3 stars.
- Not having an elevator, shower too small to move around.

Good location, breakfast, and the staff
Not having an elevator, shower too small to move around.
I was scuba diving in Naxos near the hotel. I could walk every day to the dive center, so this was quite a practical choice. The staff is very friendly and helped me a lot with directions etc. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very good for the price they charged. From the hotel, you are just one street block away to the main street in Naxos where all bars and restaurants are.
The location is really good. It's one street away from the beach and they.give you discounted €15 access to a beach with sun loungers and parasols. The hotel was easy to find by car with plenty of paid on-street parking nearby (during early September) but for the same.price they give you access to nearby off-street parking which is better. Davide on reception was very helpful, gave us advice on where to go to and how to get there. There are restaurants, pharmacies and shops nearby. The bus stop to get.yo Taormina is a 5 minute walk away and only costs €1.50 each way. There is a reasonably priced mini bar in the room too and 2 balconies. The windows have mechanical shutters which are very good at keeping the light out. We didn't have the breakfast but it was reasonably priced at €5. We arrived at Giardini Naxos early but our room was ready so we checked-om early at no extra cost which made life much easier for us.
It's very loud at night. There seemed to be either a running engine or generator on outside literally night. Quite a bit of traffic - both pedestrians and car going past quite late too. The bed and pillows weren't particularly comfortable either. We had two balconies but they're very close to other balconies so there's no privacy. Overall, these were the only issues, we were happy with our choice and as long as you aren't a light sleeper, it's the ideal location. Much cheaper and easier than staying in Taormina.
The hotel is cosy with an exceptionally nice interior. The best caption in Giardini Naxos :)The beaches are very close to the hotel. The staff is very polite.Enjoyable stay. Also the room has air-conditioning, and a very cosy balcony
all was good
Position close to the sea
No parking area, no lift in hotel
Great location, good value for money and very helpful staff.
The bed was very hard, located on a busy junction so it can be noisy sometimes. The breakfast is very basic.
I was here for only one day, but it was absolutely great. The hotel is in a very good location, just a few steps from the beach and the main street with restaurants. The receptionists are very kind and always available for any questions. I definitely recommend the hotel, especially for those who like to explore the area while also wanting to stay comfortably at a reasonable price.
The location is perfect very near to the beach and shops.
Noisy environment.
The room, the building itself, the location and...the staff. Nice people, was a pleasure to interact with them. It was nice, clean, quite, just a few steps to the beach, stores and so on.
I liked the location, it's a really nice place. It's near the sea and the bus station. The staff is friendly.
There was spoiled butter at breakfast, with dark grey inside. We informed the staff, and the woman just said "si, si." But the next day and the day after, the butter was spoiled again. So, they didn't change it even though they knew it was spoiled. Also, it would be great if everyone on the staff spoke English. Only the girls at the reception know it.
Well located and really quiet at night. Helpful and polite recepcionist. Easy to park just outside the hotel on the street.
Location super close to the beach, but little loud at night (not villas fault), super good breakfast and very nice staff.
Had issues with some amenities like toilet flusher stopped working, there was no hot water for some time, aircon not working perfectly (issues with the remote)
Pleasant
The noise was awful, woke us up very early in the morning while cleaning the other rooms. You cam hear almost everything from other rooms.Very loud disco noise until 2-3 am as well.
A very cozy light room in a very comfortable position, good chances to find a free parking place on the waterftont.Breakfast was great!
It was a few steps from the beach, the place was clean, the staff were super friendly and breakfast was lovely
I booked my stay reasonably late but the staff were super lovely and accommodating, even let me store my bike in the living area!! And keep my belongings stored after checking out. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely stay. Right in the middle of Giardini Naxos but very quiet.
The location was good, only a 7 minute walk to the bus station to take you into Taromina.
The bed was very uncomfortable. We had originally booked the economy room which is next to reception. On our first night the hotel’s overnight reception staff was making noise at 1am and onwards, even after we asked him to turn down the loud tv and stop banging in the kitchen. We asked the reception the next morning if there was anything we could do the next day and they moved us to a room upstairs which was much quieter.
Quiet air con, staff, breakfast was nice, cleaned everyday
