- We were the only guests (not strange for January) and had an excellent stay with small kids. Rooms are nice and spacious, hosts are very friendly and helpfull. They took care of our diner from the fantastic local kitchen and for the kids they prepared a pasta. Breakfast is also nice, home made Italian style with home grown fruits.

- The building was super clean! Although the host couldn't speak English, he used his phone to translate. He tried very hard. The woodwork, stone, floors, tile and bath fixtures are beautiful. The dinner was cooked on site and was delicious. I asked about having some wine on arrival and was generously poured two heaping glasses. There are many varieties of fruit trees in the front yard. We were the only guests there.

- The power went off by a lightning storm about bedtime and a bright light shined on us all night. The host wasn't on the property, so the power wasn't restored until morning. I don't blame them for that. Must have been after tourist season as the grass was very long and the fruit trees weren't picked. Fruit was falling on the ground. Again, no big deal. Unfortunately the host said his translator was on vacation. I would have liked to ask many questions about the structures history and also the vineyard. Just bad timing on my part. the host and the two lady cooks were very pleasant!
