Beds are a little hard, but O. K. Our room was not cleaned every day. Food is limited except for free breakfast, but other reasonable restaurants are nearby.

Rooms are plain, had to change rooms to get one where the air conditioning worked.

The breakfast selection was good and the lobby area was okay.

The room are not maintained well. The bidet didn't work it was definitely not worth the money to stay there. The restaurant had a very limited selection of food. For it to be a Marriott hotel it did not meet the standards. Marriott needs to come through and re-inspect the place and fire all the management. Or take their name off of it.

Very close to where we needed to be. Very secure free parking and breakfast.

The bathroom had some hairs in sink and tub. Easily rinsed away, but sort of off putting at first.

The room was spacious. The place was quiet.

No slippers in the room. The room was cold. It could be more Clean.

Location was great and breakfast was good.

The beds and pillows. They were the worst beds I have ever slept on. It felt like I was sleeping on the floor. For a king size bed, the pillows were tiny and very hard.

It was new-ish and nicely kept.

The distance from the airport was totally misrepresented, the bed was hard as a rock, the bar was not even staffed until we asked at the reception desk. There were obvious shortcuts taken in even the smallest things.

Staff is friendly. Easy check in/check out. We can usually get a later check out, which is nice. Breakfast is included which is welcoming. The selections are average.

Dog friendly, but be careful when walking pets around the buildings. When I was walking my dog, we saw a long, side winding, dark colored snake in the grass by the guard shack. Luckily, I was paying attention and was able to quickly turn away. It would be nice to have a garbage can outside to dump the dog's waste. The beds are too firm for our taste. Needed more pillows. The AC didn't get really cold. The pool is nice, but there aren't any steps or hand rail to get in and out easily.

Proximity to Naval base. The pool is very nice. We will stay again!

Wasn't close to the airport

Taxi driver at airport was aggressive and drove us around for 25/30 mins cheating us and then charged 80 Euros

We didn't like the atmosphere of taxi drivers at Naples airport at all and the one that drove us was extremely aggressive and duped us. When the hotel arranged a taxi next morning, the route back to the airport was must shorter and half the price.

Considering the location in Naples, it was quiet and clean, and the staff was slightly friendlier than the rest of the city.

For being called Inn Naples Airport, it is 20-30 minutes away from the aiport, depending on traffic, and they don't offer a shuttle. Very limited amenities. No fridge or microwave in the room, pool closes at 6pm in 90 degree weather. Restaurant is only open 2-3 hrs per meal. No laundry room or gym on site.

Clean and large rooms

Not the best location unless you have a car, as getting a taxi into the city is quite expensive!

Rooms were spacious and the cleaners did a great and trustworthy job each day.

Room didn’t have any cooking abilities, zero refrigerator, and AC didn’t work.

Close to base and easy to access.

No hot water for the first night and the next morning. Contacted the front desk and they never did anything about it. And then we were charged on the wrong card for the stay.

Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed, safe property, good breakfast.

Not a lot of food options close by. The hotel itself is a bit isolated. Some of the staff were outstanding (first day) while the morning staff was a bit unfriendly. Electronic noise (interference)from the speaker in the room several times during the night. Strange to call it an airport hotel when it is so far from the airport.
