Very friendly and supportive staff. Dinner at the hotel is of very high quality and comparatively affordable. The surroundings and peaceful and idyllic.

Breakfast options were extremely limited even for Italian standards. The driveway leading to the hotel has eroded to a degree requiring an SUV unless you want to damage your car.

Food was poor if it was cooked. Dinner menu stayed the same with little choice. Quality of my Beef Tagliata was dreadful. Dessert was good. Maybe there is a good pastry chef there. Uncooked breakfast was delicious hot breakfast "scrambled eggs" really bad

Breakfasts are portioned according to the menu. Very friendly staff at the reception, who will help with any question) The hotel is pet-friendly. Large free parking lot on the territory)

Staff was wonderful! We have a dog and they gave us a room on the ground floor with a big, fenced yard!The grounds and pool were stunning! The room was beautifully appointed with a lovely blue,-tiled bathroom. The food was delicious, both at included breakfast and at a dinner.

Wifi wasn't great in the room, but no problem sitting near reception by lovely tree groves.

I got a room with the low ceiling and I’m about 6.1…everything else was perfect. I will make sure if I go again to book a room of my size !

We reserved 2 rooms for 4 nights. When we arrived to one room, there were a few tiny roaches and other bugs, and the whole room smelled like roach spray. We told the host about it and she insisted we go to see another room but we were so repulsed we told her we wanted to cancel our stay. She showed us the other room we reserved, we didn’t see any bugs at quick a glance but again, we were so repulsed we just wanted to leave there. I told the host, to please refund us our money and I will not and do not want to write a bad review. She refunded us one room (the roach spray smelling room) but not the other room. So this is what happened to us.

The place is surrounded by hazelnut trees. It is very green and makes you relax. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean amd spacious. We recommend it!

The room was nice and very clean, new installations. The staff was helpful especially at breakfast and dinner.

At the time we stayed, in autum, the garden, the pool, playgrounds and other outdoor facilities seemed to be unattended. The location of most of the rooms are not easy to reach with heavy or many luggage, nor to elder people (stairs and uneven pavement). We didn't recognized any spa offering at the site. The dinner was fairly good, but expensive for the value (couvert €3.50/person).

Breakfast was not what was described, it was unbalanced.

Room description was untruthful, ancient sofa bed instead of single. Staff extremely unfriendly when we queried it. Option given was to cancel or pay more for a single room. While conversing with booking.com agents the hotel even changed the room description on the site

Quiet, when not loud arrangements, nice nature.

Breakfast, too little for one person, service under par. You are placed by the size of your party, but no one says it to you. There might be lacking plates, and after I’ve waited for 15 minutes, and asked for plates, I was still asked to wait. Drive to the place is cumbersome. Some days there was no warm water from the taps. Holder for toiletpaper fell off, see marks on the floor under, little fridge with overpriced stuff you don’t need. The sofabed was terrible to sleep on with backache to follow.
