Large room with refurbished bathroom

Breakfast wasn't special. Only yogurts and cake. No toast or eggs, cold meats or cheese. The view from the room was disappointing. It was the side of another building.

The staff. Unprofessional. Particularly the owner who said she treats better those who book directly to her and not via booking

The room description on booking.com was not the room I got. It was hot and the ac didn’t work. There was a set of dried up contact lens on the sink that was still there after the room was serviced. I left a day early than I planned.

The decor was pretty good,but,dated,furniture was nice to sit on around the rear fountain.My bedroom and bathroom was very well looked after.

The breakfast was Very basic and no hot food replenished,two days the toaster was not turned on.The staff were Awful and very unhelpful to the point of being rude.The only lift to take you to your floor, smelt very musty every time you went in it.

Staff cold and unwelcoming~ restaurant staff repeatedly getting order wrong. Soulless place. Moved to our favourite the MEC where they greet you by your first name know your drink

Size of room

Advertising a pool, but would cost 40 euros for 2 hours....ac did not work...was very noisy one night...

Good location and nice hotel (only the new rooms).

Majority of the rooms are very, very old and need renovation. We checked in after midnight due to our flight being delayed and had to wait somewhere between 40-60 min to check in because the person who was at the reception was a security guy (he did his best). We got a room which was very old one and was changed on the next day with renovated one.

Beach club was a nightmare on a Sunday and the hotel did not mention bringing my own towel! With a lot of difficulty, them no English and me no Italian, the bus driver brought me a towel from the hotel on his next drop off.I absolutely loved the Spa and used it thoroughly. Little bit disappointed to be charged another 50 euro for the hour my business colleague used it for however.

My room was dated, shower leaked into the bathroom and the entire floor was under water by the end of the shower!

Lots of choice for breakfast. Our bedroom was massive, we managed to do yoga in the room! Paestum archeological site was incredible. Loads of restaurants in the vicinity. The hotels fountains were brilliant to watch

Not a fan of single beds being pushed together to simulate a double bed.

Hotel's park and the garden is really beautiful

Nothing. We chose a superior triple room and what we got was a room in the basement which looked nothing like the picture. I guess the only thing we could say positively is that the shared outdoor/reception area are very grand looking. Beach is also nice but of course they don’t provide towels. The staff at the event we attended were amazing actually- reception staff should take some tips.

Customer service is appalling especially at the service desk. No information given and they sort of just wave their hands if you ask a question. Our first room was a mosquito riddled hole with air conditioning which didn’t work. Decor is horrific and nothing like the pictures.They let us swap rooms but it was smaller and still in the basement. Of course they presented a bill for the same amount and when expressing surprise given our experience, they just shrugged their shoulders and refused to bring the manager to me. Coffee is heated with a candle and tastes worst than tar.
