Very good, outstanding breakfast, very friendly staff, only minuspoint: the walls in the upper rooms are very thin.

As always an absolute pleasure to stay here. Super flexible check in when we were delayed e route from Austria Alps.Wonderful friendly service.Exceptional breakfast.Our fourth visit and never disappoints.

There is nothing we did not like!

Breakfast was very good. Big choice and good quality products. I haven’t missed anything.Location was also iDeal. Very much in the center.

All in all I find I paid much for the standard of the room. Thery were no proper doors to the bathroom but such folding ones. I understand that was done because of lack of space but then it is another reason for me to say this was much too expensive.

Central location and beautiful room, with friendly staff. Secure car park behind huge wooden gates. Large bedroom and tastefully decorated.

Beautifully renovated state of the art boutique hotel in olde worlde timbered framed house complete with steep staircase. Our deluxe double room included parking. We found the topper slightly soft, but had a very enjoyable stay.

Very fiendly staff, localiastion in the city Centre but quite, very good breakfast. Comforrable room with air condition, nice atmosphere

Modern and renovated.

Doors are not automatically closing, if you forget to lock the door, people can enter your room.No table to work in room.Nobody available during the night. An alarm was blasting as of around 3 am in the morning… and made it impossible to sleep. No reaction to messages/calls to the support number. Even until now, nobody reacted.Knowledge of English is limited.A lot of noise from outside river.

This was a pleasant hotel. The breakfast is very good and people friendly. Parking places are available but difficult to reach given the medieval city and the remnants of the 2021 inundation of the center. No dinner served. We recommend the Italian Massimo with an excellent Zabaione.

The hotel is really beautiful, very stylish decor, incredibly comfortable bed. Highly recommend paying for the better room so you can park at the hotel!The team at the hotel were so kind and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Charming contemporary styled hotel in charming city. Restaurants at walking distance. Great breakfast. Loved the fridge with drinks.

Everything was perfect

Absolutely fantastically appointed hotel. Superb facilities location staff and food.It exceeded every one of our expectations. We would recommend the hotel to anyone who loves luxury in unique surroundings and we will certainly stay there again in the future.Oh and the breakfast... It's divine!

It was unfortunate that due to ongoing refurbishment following devastating floods in summer 2021 the WiFi is not working but data coverage is good despite the age and thick walls of the building so it was no issue at all.A less mobile guest might struggle a little with the curved stairs to the upper floors where the bedrooms are especially if carrying bags.Might be worth a warning to anyone with a mobility issue.

Spacious bedroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the contemporary design. Breakfast (not included) was excellent and highly recommend.

It was lovely stay in an excellent hotel. Fantastic location and great hospitality of the hosts. They even provided with a welcome drink. Breakfast was excellent! Especially the town is still rebuilding after the floods and not many options outside, so opt out for a breakie straight away as food was plentiful and tasty

All was great, maybe the only thing was there was no cold water in tap: we were on the top floor and could not refill my bottles, which is the most sustainable option.

Beautiful room, good breakfast (not included in the room though). VERY good coffee!

Bathroom was cleverly placed in a relatively small space (old building of course), but that can make it a bit challenging for very tall people. Great shower though!

Two days open after the floods of July 2021 and then such performance in the town of Munstereifel is amazing!

Our awareness of where the flood had struck was too little to know it had been so bad here. Amazing recovery is visible although the surroundings of this hotel are still being rebuilt.

Excellent location, wonderful hosts. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful hotel and town. I love that there is a chess board to use !

We LOVED EVERYTHING about Boutique Hotel Marielle! Firstly, the hotel is just beautiful, everything has been thought of and the fit out is so tasteful. Best of if the beds are like sleeping on a cloud. Just perfect!

Phenomenal hotel. Friendly and personal service. Attention to detail in everything from interior design to breakfast menu. The hotel radiates passion for what they do. Highly recommended.
