Location.
Rooms are very small. Lighting is very dim. Apart from the all-in-one bottle of soap, shampoo and shower gel, no other toiletries. Bare room.
Great location, just 300m from the train station. Clean, modern comfortable rooms with plenty of space. Good breakfast
Very well-designed, modern rooms. Superb location about five minute walk from Bahnhof and equally to Altstadt. Great breakfast.

Excellent breakfast. I was travelling by train so it's proximity to the railway station was a great advantage. the town centre / old town are a very walkable distance away.
Very clean, very well equipped and practical, modern hotel.Excellent location, helpful and kind stuff.Good breakfast for a few days stay.
basic hotel in a good location,
reception is not available 24/7,
Location, modern, clean
We missed having reception service in the late evening and early in the morning. This is what differentiates a hotel for me...
Great location, clean room, good size

Location. Concept of Green Hotel. Access. Good shower and bathroom.
No Tea/coffee making facility in room. Distance to public laundromat was about 20-25 min walk away.
The room was quiet but a bit small, the location is great, and I think I would choose to stay there again.
The room was a bit small.
Its very well located, just a few minutes from the central station, and few minutes walking to the city center
There is a bit of noise when the cars pass on the street next to the hotel. So the noise isolation could have been better. Also the breakfast although not bad, its quite basic.
Location, quiet room
Shower grouting could be cleaned

Very good
They provide shampoo with reusable bottles in the bathroom, which is great for the environment, but unfortunately, the bottles are not very clean.

Easy check in (but without people), quiet rooms, very close to train stations.
It would be nice not to have to pay for leaving luggage in the hotel for few hours after checkout (like in other hotels).
