Location is fine, as is the breakfast

The room was sparsely decorated, quite a cold feel, with a light wind blowing the shutter made a constant noise so I had to roll it up again, the mattress was not particularly comfortable, neither was the duvet, in the hallways of the guest floor there was a foul smell at times

Such a great great place to stay. Absolutely lovely and welcoming staff. The food was divine! We had a delicious late dinner. Fair play to the chef. Breakfast lovely plenty fresh greens and options for non diary and non meat eaters.

Seriously I liked everything

Although somewhat friendly,the personnel is not capable to solve the problems to the client satisfaction.

Hard location to get to;finding a place to park the car was pure luck.The room was very cold. They tried to make the heating system work but afyer 1 hour still no succes. Finally they called a technician and the problem was solved. Lost 2 hours of my time for a technical problem which should not have been a problem in the first place. Worst thing? Not even a sorry for the inconvinience.

Breakfast was good.

The gym is very small, with very very limited equipment. And for the usage you need to pay an additional 5 EUR.

The location was great, the staff was polite and the breakfast options were really nice.

The room was not that great, the temperature in the room was not warm enough to tackle the cold. Rather it was chilly with temp set to max. The carpet on the floor seemed old.

High floor - great views and very quiet

Bathroom is in the main bedroom with no privacy doors and walls - just glass with “some” parts obscured. Hard when travelling with teenage children who don’t want to shower in front of their parents.

Location is accessible to almost everything. Quiet place and clean.

Night staff is not so friendly and a little bit sarcastic, needs to do further training in professionalism (ofcourse it’s a 4star hotel, it’s a must).

The quality of the rooms is quite basic, and could do with an update. The price asked is high for what’s offered .

Good location on the edge of the old town. Recently remodeled- it appeared to attract small conventions.

Rooms a bit small with minimal amenities. Air conditioning worked well.

Our room was clean and ready for us to check in when we arrived. Staff was friendly. Easy to get around and about to explore Erfurt.

It's relatively good. It's in a convenient location near the station, and it has a beautiful view.

It was very dirty. There was dust everywhere and it was hard to breathe. We had to open the windows at night. The toilet was rusty. There were stains on the mirror. The shower was broken. The bathtub was very small — two people would be very cramped. I was very disappointed. I have allergies and had to leave a day early due to the poor condition of the room. I just could not rest comfortably there.

Nice room and hotel. friendly staff and very good breakfast. The location is very close to the old city.

I can’t think of anything. Well we didn’t notice the parking at first and thought the parking was the public parking next to the hotel. Maybe a bit bigger sign could be nice. It’s really the only thing I can think of to criticize.

I arrived around 21.00 and was given a room that had not been serviced.
