Pros +
- Great restaurant
- The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and accomodating. We needed a fan for the room, started to buy one but they provided the fan. Room was quiet and very comfortable. Definitely would stay there again.
- All ok
Cons -
- Location is a little out of the way, but they do have parking.
- Not a thing.
- The lady at the reception was unfriendly and really degraded my stay. After all that unfriendliness at the checkout she asked me if I had a second person in my room…. as she saw me with a guy in the bar (he was also a guest and stayed there with his wife…..). On the other hand the gentlemen in the bar/ restaurant were very friendly and went out of their way

Absolutely nothing to complain about!Beautiful cozy hotel not too far from down town Erfurt.Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious, something for everyone's taste. And the staff was super friendly and helpful! We'll come back.

The lady on reception "geezer" couldn't have been more helpful. She arranged the sauna, a taxi into town, and when we couldn't call a taxi for our return we called the hotel and she sorted everything out for us. An absolute gem and deserves a pay rise.. A really classy individual.
My travelling companion
We like a lot style of the place, location , very nice quiet town.
At night was loud from guests leaving or coming to hotel. We had room on front of hotel and was quite loud late night.

clean, spacoius, tasteful
don’t mind there’s no airco but a fan would have been nice.
The staff was very friendly and supportive in all manners. The rooms were exceptionally clean. For breakfast they too care of all Corona regulations and a safe distance to other tables was guaranteed.
There was nothing to complain about.
