B&B Hotel Erfurt City-West

Location was good. Staff was friendly. Parking available.

Elevator stopped working. Hot water outage when we were there.

Really great location, quiet nice neighborhood, but accessible to the town

Nothing. It was a great stay

The room had a balcony, tea/coffees which were nice to relax, and the bed was very soft.I left my Tshirt by accident and the staff kindly arranged a shipment with my DHL printed label.

The room was clean.

The Self checking was difficult and too complicated to do and we had to call the Emergency Hotline for helpdesk.

Very clean and comfortable room.

Bad internet connection

The room was like in every B&B hotel: clean, small, OK for a short stay on business.

The staff was not available before 8am, what was inconvenient for me as I had to leave for the conference early, so I had to check in by myself using a machine that requested the data that I was not provided upon the reservation so it did not work. So I had to wait for someone to come.

Hotel is easily reached on foot, bicycle, or train from the city center, and is close to the Domplatz and Altstadt. It's located in a quieter part of central Erfurt. The facilities were new, clean, and spacious. It was convenient to do check-in either using a self-serve terminal or in person, and the keyless access was also appreciated.

This might not be a good fit for people who require more amenities or staffing, as both are minimal compared to other hotels of its type. However, I found it a good fit for my needs.

First of all, the bed was one of the softest and the most comfortable I've used in a while. The tram station nearby makes it easy to hop to the main station and main sightseeing areas.

I found the self check in a bit confusing (but that's just me).

Clean room

Check in - don't like having to check myself in with computer.

The location was good.

Even though the name of the hotel is B&B which means bed and breakfast, they didn't serve breakfast

All was very well prepared and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

I still disagree with the policy of B&B that breakfast is not included.

Very nice

WLAN Connection more stabile.
