Pros +
- The staff and there willingness to work with us.
- Had booked the hotel because we were travelling and wanted somewhere that served food. We were told the bar and restaurant would be open from 6pm but when we went downstairs we were told there was no service after all, not even the bar. The weather was blamed but it was exactly the same as when we arrived.
- Very decent breakfast. Location ideal, 10 minutes walk from Gießen center.
Cons -
- No restaurant
- Cleanliness, most notably the underside of the toilet seat, could have been better.
- The air conditioning didn't work during our first night in the executive room. It was the hottest night of the year. The person in reception only suggested they would send a technician the next day when the issue was brought up that night. The person in reception the next day gave us a discount and downgraded us to a smaller room but one with aircon. (not bad but nothing really improves the experience of staying for 2 nights and not being able to sleep through the first one)

The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent, courteous, kind and very professional. The restaurant is excellent as is the included breakfast. Parking excellent. Top notch establishment.
Great Breakfast, very nice staff and nice rooms.
Fairly large room. Quiet. Good location. Good breakfast. Free on-site parking. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was good. There was always parking available for me, and I was reassured that if it was full they would sort an underground parking space for me.We were downgraded from the executive room to a double room due to the air conditioning not working and I found the double room in better shape than the executive room. (not great to be downgraded but at least we were able to sleep the second night)

Breakfast was fine, restaurant closed but the Italian next door was brilliant.
Restaurant open for supper.Lorries leaving at 3.00am
It was super clean and the rooms were big. The staff was very nice.
The location was far away from the city center and a supermarket.
I like the Balcon, and the bathroom but it would be better if you try to clean it more.
The Bathup would be better if you try to clean it more. And also, the breakfast I expected more of Variants.
Very helpful staff, and the size of the room. Location was convenient
