Great breakfast, comfortable bed, loved the balcony, good location

Room was nicely furnished and very clean and the hotel provided a good buffet breakfast. There was a good underground garage on site to park the car and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Location and facilities

We stayed for one night as we were driving through Germany. It was very good. Basic but very good. It has all you need including a secure underground free parking. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good too. Very reasonably priced. We liked it!

The receptionist who was from Taiwan originally, was exceptional. Very friendly and welcoming. Other staff were also lovely. Comfortable bed, lovely breakfast. Nice enough for an overnight stay.

Bathroom rather tiny. A couple of larger mugs would be good

Location was first choice, and parking for hotel guests. The cleanliness of rooms and the amazingly kind staff.

The staff attitude is good and the reception is great and the calm is great

My order was a smoking room and I didn't get it and I couldn't smoke in the balcony because the outside weather was so cold .Breakfast was so good and the service is excellent but I wish to put cocked eggs and vegetables away from bacon or clarify pork and its derivatives .

It was quiet and the rooms were amazingly sound proof. The hotel was within walking distance of the downtown pedestrian area which had nice shops and lots of restaurants. It was also very close to a nice park with lots of options for walks. The breakfast was very good with enough choice. Having our own coffee carafe was nice.

Staff were friendly, location, price

The room was not available for the check in until 15 hours and Only one chair was available for two people.

Clean, and so welcoming staff. Good breakfast.

Again, fully satisfied.I use this accommodation everytime it's possible when I'm in Gießen. I would like to mention that staff of this hotel is really helpful and kind. They take care about you and your staying very well.

This was second time when someone stoled antena from our car in the garage. Garage is not secured by doors or cameras.I don't want to make rating worse just because of this fact but just be careful that things like this can happen anywhere.
