The breakfast was good and the location of hotel is ideal, being near the city center. The parking option was also an added value.

No kettle in the rooms to boil water for tea. One of the big towels was not clean; it had black spots on it.

It was our second staying here, first time was in 2023 and everything was perfect. But this time in 2025, the room and bathroom weren’t clean when asked (3 times) and they didn’t put more toilet paper in the bathroom. We went to the reception to tell them and one of the employees said sorry and gave us free a breakfast each, but when we went the next day to have breakfast, the woman at the reception said it wasn’t true, it was only a free COFFEE each, and she was so rude when we tried to have a conversation!

The location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Instead of a double bed, we had two single beds next to each other.

The WiFi for three days had MAJOR issues! I work online with my business and was forced to go elsewhere to complete my work as I could not do it in the building. The breakfast was ok at best. They certainly could provide cooked eggs as their selection of breakfast items is mostly cold foods.

Good location in central Gießen with underground parking (10 Euro / night). We have been using it many times when visiting family.

Standards seem to have come down on the cleanliness front. During our road trip, we stopped twice (within 10 days) and each time the rooms were not clean. Old staines on the sheets, dirt on the floor etc. As our kids have grown, we are also noticing how small the family rooms actually are.

Great location close to train station, comfortable and clean rooms, flexible check-in. Can recommend.

Parking, we did not know we needed to buy that separately. Ten euros a night is not a cheap option. There should be an option for hourly parking as well.

Great little hotel and just a short from bus and railway station. Handy for main shopping area and a short walk from the stadium.

Staff was very helpful,hotel was equipped with modern furniture and most of all I liked the Peace and quiet

This hotel is in a walking distance to the town centre. It has underground parking available for an extra fee. Dog friendly.

We changed rooms because there was mold growing on the walls. In the second room, mold was growing as well. The hallways smell very musty (like sweaty socks).

No advance payment necessary. Payment with card on arrival. Hotel was easy to find. Very friendly and competent staff. Check-in was unproblematic and fast. Room on ground floor simple to access. Room small but comfortable. Bathroom spotless and modern, shower spacious and immaculate.

No possibility of making tea or coffee in room. :-(

Only German TV channels. Sink drainer not cleaned, was full with random dirt and hair. Random brick wall as a view from the room 218. Could not dry towels. A bit too busy at breakfast when everyone trying to get to food/coffee.
