SmartHotel Flamingo Self check-in

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The room I was given was not the one I booked. It had a terrible odor, likely from cigars and various other unpleasant smells that I couldn't identify. I had to sacrifice some of my perfume just to help mask the stench, and I kept the windows open, but the smell lingered. Additionally, one side of the bed was covered in black hair (see picture), and the sheets had not been changed; they smelled awful. I had to put my jacket on the pillow and sleep like this so I can be sure I won't catch a disease. The windows were extremely dirty as well, and behind the bed, it was extremely dirty (see pictures).Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I strongly advise against booking this facility.

Great hotel location, rooms really big and equipped with everything you need. Bed comfortable.

Location is great and parking at the hotel is a wondeful extra service.

The room was old, looked used. It needs attention: the bedlamps do not work, the shower door does not close well, mold on the shower tiles, old furniure and rust on the heater.

It seems they refurb. Bathroom fine.

TV is a nightmare. Switch on and no signal.Its adventurous to figure out if it works. No description or better handbook.There's automatic selling dispenser but the prices are fantasy. Supermarkets nearby recommended.All in all, this is minor. Recommended!!

I had just one problem: I forgot a jacket in the wardrobe, and I tried to reach the hotel, but they didn't get back to ne.

The room was huge. Attached to the room was a balcony.

The self-check-in was a little confusing but managable. The ashtray on the balcony were not cleaned and a bit smelly.

Location good. Saw cockroach in room

Cleanliness should be better. Pest control recommended

There was a smell in room, I ordered one dubel bed for two persons, but there were 2 single beds in room and it's not good for a jung couple if they reserve and ordered a single double bed, and in the picture show a double bed, but unfortunately there was 2 single bed and they were slipry,

Smooth check in, clean room and closish to train station.

Very poor hygiene. For three nights the towels were not changed despite my request for the towels to be changed

The hotel is located in the city center. You can walk to the railway station in 7-10 minutes. The room has a small refrigerator, a large bed, a hairdryer, a bathroom, a mirror, small shampoos and soaps, toilet paper, towels, a fan, and a TV.

Hairdryer - old. There was a small stain on the pillow.

Booked a twin bed room. Had single bed. Other visitor kept knocking on my door, 3 times young men opened the door , came in, were shocked when I confronted. It was a mistake, but a constant one

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Helped us with booking, upgraded our room, so that we can stay one more night in the same room. Stayed there several times and planning to do it again. The central location and the availability of parking is a big plus.

Center location. Easy check-in.

Not suitable for more than 2 hours. Very loud.the other guests were loud and played music during the night. At 4:30 AM somebody banged at my door. The noise of the cars is very present. Terrible experience

Room was great, loved the vibe. Bed and shower were comfertable.

We were there in the middle of summer, the lack of airconditioning was known but did not expect it too be that hot in the room.

Comfortable bed and the location was good, close to the city center.

Unfortunately there's no one at the reception, which means that the building is closed and you cannot enter if you arrive a bit earlier or you also cannot leave your luggage at the reception in case you wanna leave later. This is a bit unpleasant if your train is scheduled for after 11am and you still wanna walk around the city.In case you also need to solve urgent matters they leave you a phone number to call, but they don't pick-up at anytime. I tried to call them at 8h20 and I couldn't reach no one in the line.There's no possibility of breakfast there as well.

Great location, 10 min walk from train station, bus stop right outside.

It would be great if there would be a possibility to leave your luggage in the hotel, in case you arrive before check-in time, or if your return trip leaves after the check-out time. This is not provided, so if you carry luggage, plan your trips accordingly.
