Clean and accommodating staff.

No soap and shampoo holders in the shower.

Had a very good time at hotel Castello.Friendly staff - food was good - room were clean.All I’ve expected

The breakfast was ok.The room was ok.

Even though we paid 20 euros for our dog, the receptionist told us we couldn’t let him into the room because he might bark.Everywhere I’ve been with my dog, I never had any restrictions about letting him stay in the room.Our dog didn’t make any noise, but our neighbors did — both during the night and in the morning.The floor wasn't that clean.

The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything, especially during the night.Although the room was clean, there was a strange smell in the room

The location was easily approachable with wide parking area. The staff was gentle and kind! Room was neat n clean. Breakfast zone has a lovely view. Happy and satisfied during my stay.

Location is good and the breakfast is fine.

Maybe the parking could be with assigned parking spots.

In one of the 2 bedrooms we booked the air-conditioning was not working. Restaurant closed on Sunday

Nice hotel 1,5 km south of the village San Rocco a Pilli. Friendly reception with a guy that speaks very good English. My room was big and comfortable with a fridge (and 2 bottles of water!), telly, good WiFi and good airco. The hotel has a bar (with no wine...). Breakfast was a buffet and very good. The hotel has a few nice terraces where you can sit.

The restaurant is closed for reservation.

Comfortable beds, everything that you need was there. Wide choice for breakfast, perfect to start the day. Easy to find. Big parking. Very good restaurant for dinner in place. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Smell from corridor. Shower was too tight, but we could live with it. Doors and walls are not isolated enough, so we were waken up by our neighbours at 7:00 a.m.

Very welcoming despite the late hour of arrival.

Not enough pillows, however we didnt ask for anymore because we were so tired.

Friendly reception (we were given coffee at 5 a.m. upon departure without special request), well-equipped room, extremely delicious food in the restaurant at dinner. Breakfast was pretty enough. 15 mins away from Siena by car

Big clean family room, free plenty space for parking, Very good breakfast, either inside or in the terrace, friendly and polite staff!

The stuff, the location, the atmosphere. Everything is near. The main road, the village( shops, café).
