Great staff nice rooms standard with water cooker spacious rooms. Clean. Good breakfast.

The location of the hotel was perfect with a grocery store nearby. There were enough parking spaces available and they have charging stations (payable) for electric cars. Breakfast had a good variety of food. We liked that the matrass was comfortable and the room was spacious and quiet, but it had a carpeted floor (which we did not like).

Carpeted floor gives an impression of oldish style and it seldom looks pristine clean. TV in the room could have been bigger. It was the second time in this hotel and this time the internet was quite slow. We stayed for two nights and it happened that arriving after midnight on the second night, the key card though let us in to the reception area but it was not valid for the room door. We got help by calling to a provided urgency phone number (in German).

The location is convenient—about a 10-minute drive from the city center, and there’s a nearby shopping center. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very kind. Breakfast was also a highlight and quite enjoyable!

When we arrived, the hotel was hosting a wedding party in their restaurant, which later moved to the party hall. Unfortunately, the loud music continued until around 5 a.m. We were in the middle of two long drives and badly needed a good night's sleep, but the heavy bass from the party made it impossible to rest.What’s most frustrating is that the hotel never informed us about the event when we booked. Had we known, we could have made other arrangements.There was no one available to help during the night. The emergency phone number at reception was unresponsive, and my message to the hotel via Booking.com has gone unanswered as of writing this review.It’s a real shame—this could have been a great stay. The hotel did waive the €10 extra bed charge at checkout, possibly as compensation, but we left feeling very disappointed and severely sleep-deprived.

The hotel is located in a pleasant area on the outskirts of Herborn, surrounded by fields, although it takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the old town center. The room was clean, the bed was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was good

Hotel is quite nice, rooms are spacious. The object is clean. Free parking places outside.

Glass between room and the bathroom - this is really awkward idea. In the room there is a hotel booklet whre you can read that there is a sauna and you have to ask recepction to warm it... whnes asked, Recetion answered "we have no more souna here" :) - correct your information you provide to the quests ;)

The breakfast was excellent and varied. It was great that the price included an electric car charging point. It was nice calm area and there were not too many guests during the Easter holidays.

Sauna was closed! Initially Sauna had been one of the main reasons to choose this hotel.

Very clean and nice breakfast

Hotel is a labyrinth inside with incomprehensible signs for hotel rooms and hotel floors.Outside key box badly indicated

Better places to stay

The room smelled from Chlorine after intensive cleaning; the Tooth brushing cups in the bathroom were used and dirty and the bedsheets were not spotless;

The location and all the facilities that could be requested were available and there is a steak house right across from the hotel. It is a great environment. I am sure that I will stay at the same hotel again. Thank you.

The Restaurant I DON't recomand. Is most of the time closed, personnel doesn't know english, is very rude, 2 times I was invited to go out from the restaurant because was "not open".

Great set up with the hotel on one side of a courtyard and a restaurant and bar on the other side. Rooms are a good size. Beds etc really comfortable.

It was a beautiful place, nice restaurant you had to book because it got busy

The location was very difficult to find in an area that confused the sat nav.After asking for directions three time a young man kindly let us follow him to the hotel It would be more useful if it had a sign post on the roundabout previously and close to the hotel
