Devero Hotel & Spa, BW Signature Collection

I loved everything about this place. The room was very clean, the bed exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom spotless. The staff was really nice, polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of foods. Coffee was excellent! ?

Large family room

Breakfast could be better for 4 stars. The staff a bit unfriendly to each other at times.

* good location near the main road* clean and ordered

* breakfast is good but very scanty

I like the bathrooms and the fact that every day they came into the room and make the beds.

The breakfast did not offer a large variety of food. Have to be improved if they want more stars.

The parking

The room was noisy. The shower head where not clean

Charming hotel, excellent location. Spacious and comfortable room. Excellent spa. Good breakfast and lovely staff.

modern hotel, comfortably located near the highway exit. We booked the loft for us and our 2 kids, simply wonderful. The hotel personnel is extremely professional and friendly. The SPA is great, it deserves to spend a couple of hours there. Big thanks to the SPA personnel for the great support. The pizzas ordered at the hotel restaurant were delicious.

Being the hotel as well a conference centre, sometimes can become a little busy (especially at breakfast time).

We arrived late and regretted it — the staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was good. The loft unit was amazing! Clean, spacious, and luxurious. Highly recommended!

This hotel is over-rated. Generally, it was just okay. Hiccups in check-in, the card was not working, happened several times. I’m not sure if the big building is part of the hotel, because I got the impression that it’s not. Breakfast was good but not exceptional, staff were friendly. However, language was a problem. Parking was free, it was good.

Clean, comfortable and within short drive from highway. With covered underground parking. No problem with late night check-in. Sufficient breakfast.

Scrambled eggs at breakfast table were of only mediocre taste.

The Cleanliness of the room

The breakfast was not at par with other 4 stars hotels and please do check the scrambled eggs and bacon's before serving them, the eggs were half cooked and the bacon was rubbery in texture, next is the absence of toiletries, you must complete your toiletries since you are a 4 star hotel, all you had was a liquid hand soap and a liquid shower gel in the shower, not good for the standards of a 4 star, you could do better and the last in which we had the worst experienced was the fact that we were participating on a 3 day International European Bowling Tournament when on the second day someone in the hotel pounded our room 202 at 06:00am and again at 07:00am the room next door pounded the walls we lost the needed rest and thus affected our performances in the competition

Spa and room

Parking

Room was a good size and had good facilities in a good location. Staff where very polite.

Not as clean as it should be. Stains on the carport and Turkish shower was really dated. Toilet was dirty when we arrived. Which is a shame because this hotel has a lot of potential.

very nice hotel, very clean, staff is very nice, excellent breakfast

no free bottle of water or any extras in the room

Location. Close to meeting site. Free closed parting.

The air conditioning made noise all night although turned off. Was impossible to sleep. Woke up several times. Avoid room 655.

Free parking garage, decent breakfast, gym, close to the highway.

The room was really a bare minimum - no tea/coffee set, no amenity kit, no glass to drink from (apart from plastic cup in the minibar). The heating is adjustable only up to 22°C and since I had a corner ground floor room that was 19°C when I arrived, it took a long time to become comfortable. I didn't get to try out the spa due to short opening hours (closes at 8pm). The gym was opened until 11pm, but the running belts were wobbly (being placed on the soft foam mats) and there were no towels.

We stayed in the "loft rooms" which are ideal for a family of four, with two different floors and two bathrooms. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel parking (free) was covered and safe and had three EV chargers. The hotel was near the highway and very convenient for a car to travel around. The distances are: about 30 min to Milan, about 50 min to Malpensa airport, about 30 min to Bergamo, about 1 hour to Como, and about 1.30 for Sirmione (Lake Garda) or Verona.

This very good hotel is only suitable when you have a car, there is no train nearby and only a bus to Bergamo.

Nice and very professional peopleWill definitely go back again

Nothing comfortable Great breakfast Good restaurant Professional people

nice Hotel located close to motorway and close to airport and close to my destination on next day, breakfast with real scrumbled eggs, clean room, nice personel, no problems, good rest on business trip

nothing except the fact there were not too many vegetable for breakfast but it is early december so it is pretty difficult to get some nice vegetables so not really important.

Functional room, very nice king size bed, decent breakfast. Hotel restaurant also very good.

Few amentities in the room (no paper tissues, no free bottle of water). AC was acting up a bit in my room.
