Let's start with the location. It is across the street from an abandoned amusement park. It felt pretty safe, but I wouldn't want to walk around outside after it starts getting dark. The parking garage was not gated or secured in any way so anyone could walk into the hotel. However, it did not feel unsafe. The hotel lobby was nice, the staff were friendly enough. The room was outdated, couldn't adjust the temperature because the turn dial wasn't there. The pillows were very thin. The bathroom door didn't latch unless you locked it. The bathroom and room were clean. The breakfast was really great! Lots of pastries, eggs, meats, cheeses, breads, fruit, vegetables, juice, coffee, water, etc. The staff were very friendly and refilled things quickly if they ran out.

    Bad

the accommodation itself is satisfying, but the hotel's customer service is tragic. We paid for the accommodation twice, the hotel management does not communicate to return the payment and is not even interested in a positive settlement. So they are not robbing the hotel for any reason, they are ordinary thieves who make money in a crooked way. Avoid the whole chain if you don't want the vacation to cost you all your savings and you didn't have to deal with it legally.

The hotel is close to the highway, lake Garda, Gardaland. The staff is very friendly, breakfast was good, the price is reasonable.

When we got to the room, the air conditioning was not on, so it took some time to cool the room, you cannot also change the temperature of AC… the hotel is also quite old.

incredibly friendly staff at the reception. We came an hour earlier and the room was already waiting for us ready.

    7ChandaniPosted on: 7-22-2024

The location, the views, the balcony, the room all great! The style of the hotel and the bar were really classy, clean and fresh. I am very glad there was air conditioning and that we were given a room with two beds as requested. The staff were super friendly and helpful and kind at the reception desk and during breakfast.

The bathroom definitely needeed some work, it was very clean and stylish but the grout was falling out and could do with a refurbish. Also the air conditioning unit was very noisy througout the night so I would have slept better if it was quieter.

The hotel is big. The rooms are good. Purely. Very good breakfast. Included tickets in the water park, which is next. There is very good parking.

A little bit far to the lake. But if you have a car it is not a big deal

The balance of facilities, quality and spacious nature of the room with the cost ..

The cost of the extra cleaning charge for having a pet was the most I paid on a 5 hotel tour of Italy ..

entrance at the hotel is excellent ,

I missed activities at the hotel, there are no pools, gym, etc.

All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Front desk staff spoke English. Hotel decor is somewhat dated (90s) but who cares? It’s a fairly large hotel on the outskirts of a small town, convenient to travelers and about 8-10 minutes off the Autostrada. Breakfast buffet was quite good, with plenty of hot and cold choices. Was a very good overall value for a short overnight night stay between Venice and SudTirol. Huge balconies gave excellent views of the nearby village and landscape. We’d definitely stay there again.

If you park in the garage your first impression of the hotel is poor: there’s the hotel van with flat tires and looking like it rolled off a cliff sitting near the entry door, and then you walk through a dim and uninviting basement area following dodgy looking “reception” printouts taped to the walls. Don’t despair: it gets nicer when you get up to reception! If anyone from the hotel reads this, I suggest you move the van out of sight and make the basement more inviting.

Parking place included - the hotel has a big garage Big rooms

Brocken air conditioner switch Brocken shower door (fixed after complaining)Poor breakfastDirty stairways Fitness room was closed and hat to request access to the reception

The region of Cavaion Veronese if outstanding to explore when staying in and around Verona. Also the views out the window of our number were quite nice. The room was thoroughly cleaned and felt not too worn down.

The staff seems to be a bit preoccupied or tired. Was weird to see a bartender not know how to make a Negroni, but at least the wine was pretty good. The beds were extremely hard though.

The hotel is gigantic, and so are the rooms and the terrace. Plenty of space to go around and the views are great. The underground parking which was included in the price was a great bonus. Location-wise it's in the middle of nowhere, but since it's car-centric you can reach plenty of restaurants within a 10min. drive. There is a restaurant on the premises offering a set menu dinner. The breakfast was classic hotel style, with enough options, but nothing special.

In a good location, close to a store and shopping center, parking in an underground garage, friendly, helpful staff, very delicious, plentiful buffet breakfast.

The German family in the next room is rude and loud.

Decent breakfast, friendly staff (some don't speak English), location good if you have a car

Claims to have fitness center, but it's closed
