Friendly staff, clean room, pool! Even car parking in underground garage (for those hot days). Good dinner options and nice food.

arrival reception. refused us an evening meal in the restaurant until we pointed out that there was a rain storm. I had to make a fuss to get a table and it was not a late arrival

Good place for short stay. Parking for free and good breakfast.

It was a little bit cold in winter and central heating didn't work properly.

Breakfast was great, pool was nice, the room was comfortable and clean, there was a terrace. the parking is available. there were small useful sets of shampoo, gel and sewing tools. nice towels.

a shower is a bit small and the door of the shower wasn't well fixed

Restaurant not as expected, low quantities and bit expensive.

The hotel was about 3 mile from Bardolino and was picturesq. Staff were excellent and food in restaurant excellent also.

Good hotel with friendly approach. Nice and comfortable swimming pool and area around. Quite good breakfast with available fruits and vegetables. Free parking with number of options. Balconies in the room.

Friendly staff, good location and free parking. Delicious breakfast and nice pool. Garda lake is 10min by car.

The biggest and almost only one disadvantage is outdated decor, paint of the rooms. Would be nice to have a longer working pool and a bigger variety of the food and snacks in the restaurant for dinner.

We had booked half board - nobody knew about it. We had said that we bring our dog, that was supposed to be 10 € per night, then they wanted 20 €... Hmmmm...

Nice located in Bardolino and have restaurant inside which is convenient for us. By car is perfect to Lago di Garda, but we made wrong decision by free bike offered by hotel heading to the Garda.

When checkin not memo/check clear for advance payment for rooms. So when we did checkout double paid. Anyway we solved it with good services in the end.

I can hear it man is snoring from next room. Bed and pilows are to flat but there was an extra pillows in Cabot. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Nice hotel

The staff were really friendly and accomodating. Nothing was too much.

It was a bit too noisy where our room was, as you could hear tables and chairs being moved and people next door, loudly. But it was good value for money.

It's a good place to stay in for a night while driving. There is private parking , and dogs are allowed

Maybe the furniture is old and needs a renewal

The staff was great. They were really careful and made us feel welcome.The breakfast was also pretty good, with a lot of options. The room was confortable and the bathroom had great amenities.
