Relais Villa Prato

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and enjoyed two dinner at the restaurant. Staff are kind and helpful, tour to Berta Distillery was arranged and it was interesting to visit. SPA facilities are good, unfortunately it was closed early, it would be better to extend the opening for hotel guests. Rooms are great with good space and modern bathroom. We were on the top floor with sloped roof, it took time to get used to it, big luggages are a bit difficult to come up the stairs, and aircon does not seem to work so it was a little hot. Charming and beautiful town, worth the visit.

Great SPA with a lot of different environments, the location, the food and the Bedroom.

Exzellent food, good service in the restaurant, clean and great view from the terasse..Rooms are huge. Over all luxerious. Visit to Berta was really interesting.

The Spa is only pools and services, no sauna etc. Our room was big and decorative, but not very comfortable. E.g. no coffee table and very cold when we arrived because AC / heat was off. The Service at the front desk was ok, not much info or help, you had to ask for everything. They really need to chance the music speakers in the restaurant and halls, the sound is terrible. Hospitality towards guests can be improved. The village where the hotel is located offers some nice scenery but not much else to do. The visit to destillerie Berta was organized before. To get there you have to find out and organize by yourself.

The room was big

The room was in a dépendance. It was written on booking but I had to click in 3 different places and read the detailed description to figure it out. The SPA was nice however the Jacuzzi did not work, like waterjets in the bigger swimming pool. The parking spaces are also not within the facility. The service was not at the level of a Relais and quite basic

The hotel is amazing, the location absolutely breathtaking. The staff was very helpful (booked restaurants, booked the Berta tour and guided us through the hotel facilities). The hotel is perfect is you want to relax, enjoy the landscape, nature and good food. The restaurant is top notch!

terrible access. no parking, uninterested staff, closed dining room in a small one horse town. staff thought my room was empty and wanted to enter at 10 pm to self use

Breakfast good, hotel and restaurant itself was beautiful. Staff very attentive and paid attention to small things like bringing our son milk in the evenings. Also got given a brand new iron and board upon request. Very well designed hotel. Spa and pool were incredible.

Room had sloped roof partly so made it hard to move around at times.

Great staff, big bedroom with an amazing terrace with view. The restaurant was also great. We will come back :)

We were a little disappointed with the breakfast. No eggs, no fresh fruit juice, the bread was hard like a stone. All the rest was perfect.

Excellent stay, super clean, amazing spa facilities, super friendly staff and amazing room size!
