staff close to big supermarket
Very accommodating staff; friendly. Free drinks in frig. Optional brunch excellent. Tram runs right down the street. We had a car with parking there on the street. Safe. Then easy in and out if downtown.
Great location, 5 minutes from the airport. Staff was very friendly and hotel clean. There is limited number of parking stalls. The only thing missing was a coffee maker in the room but maybe this is not a standard for European hotels.

Cons -

far from town center 30+ min. bus charge for tax again for prepaid book. It's an airport hotel, not in old town, not in resort, did not know why to pay city tax. no AC, not meet 4 star standard.
There was no air-conditioner and the fan was too tiny for the melting weather! And there was no house shoe.

The Sauna was fine and there were three different types of sauna rooms. But as German sauna is always gender-mixed, the changing room was only one. But it was okay because there were only me an my mom. Additionally, the staffs were super friendly.

There was no air-conditioner and the fan was too tiny for the melting weather! And there was no house shoe.
