Nice location and easy to find. Coffe by the breakfast was very good.

Breakfast is an easy domestic one.

The bread rolls for breakfast are lousy. Tasting like 3 weeks old and are also as dry as 3 weeks old. The rest of the breakfast is ok. I have been staying at this hotel several times over the past years and the bread rolls have always been terrible, but there is no alternative. No croissants, no toast, nothing.

Very bad smell of cigarettes in the lobby and the room .Bed linen had hairs on it and stained pillows ! The hotel felt very strange ! A large building with just one person working Very dated appearance

This property is a facade and a scam trap.I have used booking for hundreds of bookings professionally and have never encountered such a dodgy hotel.Basically they will take passports from unknowing tourists as a ‘safety deposit’ , when you check out they will make up some excuse saying the online payment didn’t go through and will make you pay in cash again.They won’t provide a receipt and will use an excuse like ‘we have internet issues’I had to call the Bergamo police department to get my passport back even after showing receipts of payment.Only when they saw me call the police did they quickly give back the passport.I had a flight 3 hours from checking out as a pregnant woman and this amount of stress was cruel, undeserved and detrimental to my baby’s health.

That was the only available hotel in the area when our flight was cancelled. Personel had serious issues with system and for sure it was hard for them to welcome so many angry and desperate people but they found rooms for everyone. They were helpful and even some problems just couldnt be solved over the night, they tried.

Acceptable breakfast and a quite area around. Easy to get to the hotel, free private parking and formlos reception.

Lack of personal late evening.

I didn’t like the fact that I walk Into reception showing the reservation number, told the man that I’m only staying for 4hrs Basically 11 pm to 4 am as had to fly to Dublin early morning ,i had to wait for 20 minutes before the accommodate me that evening,next morning 4-20am i Walk into reception to collect my ID card was no body there to open the gate to let me out, as a result I was late at the airport, ( very disappointed)

Location is great in a quiet area and close to the airport.And it is one of the very few with a nice swimming pool, so if you have a few hours the day before you fly, you can relax at the pool.

The pool was really nice and the bed was comfortable.

The personnel speak hardly any English, even the receptionists were not a real exemption of that.Wifi coverage and quality was very bad; and the login details had to be requested daily. The breakfast was very limited for choice and regarding quality.

The bus stop is very far from hotel , Hotel should provide transport to bus stop at least .

Everything was very good. Good breakfast, nice swimmingpool outside and nice bubblebath in the bathroom of the suite. Friendly staff. I can really recommend this hotel.

Parking is exellent. Obviously nice expensive property bu worn out and outdated. 4 * rating do not match.

No wifi in our room, facilities were clean but worn out and outdated. Very poor english speaking stuff. Room small for family. No caffe offered and availavle for early departing guests.
