Belstay Milano Linate

The pool was nice but closed super early. It should be open until at least 10 pm! Ridiculous! We booked the hotel for pool and had very little experience with it

Staff seemed inexperienced and overly formal except gentleman’s at desk at 4 am. He was good. Food at restaurant was terrible. Was it frozen then reheated ? Over priced. The room has a light in fire alarm that blinks all night. Air conditioner was loud.

Breakfast is really good

Our room was not prepared for our stay. No soap, no slippers, no basic toiletries. We tried to call the front desk and realized the room doesn¿t even have a phone¿ the lobby looks new and modern, but the room was surprisingly dated and had mold

The room was clean, and the hotel offered a free airport shuttle every 30 minutes.

The hotel was understaffed. We waited at the reception for 10 minutes before anyone came. Later, the bar was unstaffed. The bartender was doing double duty as the waiter--the only waiter I might add. Dinner meal was poor; breakfast meal was good.

That there was a shuttle service

This hotel would rank in the bottom of my list of hotels from best to worst. It was just gross from beginning to my early exit.Hotel staff-RUDE, Location--was it even in Italy? There are not enough characters to allow me to elaborate on my dislike.

Having a place to sleep that night. Close to a pizza place.

You need a car for sure to get to this hotel. Your other option is to use their shuttle service.

Room service opened the room door without checking if someone was inside or not.

Kind of sewage smell in bathroom even when we didn’t started using it. We had close it and not using it. A/C had excess air freshener which forced us to open the window at night.

The location, is good and beautiful. They have nice shuttle to airport.The place has a nice design, but far from its prime.

The staff are mix of friendly and not friendly. The rooms are clean, but are not maintained, there are stains all overthe walls. The breakfast is ok, not tasty and the coffee of the breakfast is not drinkable. Our reservation was called Superior Family Room, but it was just two single rooms connected through a door.

I can say it was excellent , the breakfast was excellent and the shuttle was very good .

Location but having said that the shuttle made it convenient to get to airport and from there travel into city easy

Comfortable and convenient, it is very close to Linate Airport, making it a perfect spot for a last-minute rest stop before or after the adventure...

I'd like to have the flexibility to adjust the A/C in the room if needed, as sometimes it is quite warm, making it hard to sleep comfortably. We could open the window, but mosquitoes could come inside. (as it happened, the last time we tried).

Very close to the Linate airport and provides shuttle service to Linate. Friendly and helpful staff.

Facilities are a bit dated, but all right for a transit stay.

Close to Linate airport and shuttle from Milan train station to airport for 7€.Then shuttle picked me up at the airport .They did call a taxi for me in the morning and it came in 5 min. But was 30€

I had an early flight, 7:30 AM and shuttle to airport didn’t start until 6:30, I didn’t know this until after I booked it.

The staff was very helpful both before check in and when we arrivedToo Was clean and nice bathroom

Carpet in hall was filthyShuttle service was terrible. We called at 6:30 and were told the shuttle would be there at 7;15. At 7:30 not yet arrived and we were told it left ten minutes ago. Finally showed up at 7:45Toilet would not stop running. Called front desk they came up twice to fix it but were u successfulHotel further from airport than we were led to believe by booking.com

Good restaurant and good pool

The room was too warm

It’s close to the airport. Perfect for late arrivals and early departures. It’s clean and comfortable. We were only there for a night as our flight landed really late and couldn’t make it to our next destination. Breakfast is really good make sure you don’t miss out.

Very beautiful hotel. Had very nice amenities and nice touches to make the room and stay comfortable.

I booked the hotel because I needed the airport shuttle service the hotel offered. Later found out it’s only a free service if you need it at very specific times. I still had to take expensive taxis from the airport at night and to the airport the next morning. So unfortunately the sole reason for booking the hotel was not fulfilled.

Room well appointed clean, room staff helpful and efficient. Desk staff some helpful some not so helpful.Pool lovely

Restaurant breakfast staff could not muster even a smile, were not helpful. Airport shuttle on booking.com states free but this is before 9am and after 6pm. Even if you book a seat it was a battle to get on the bus.We stayed at Lecco for 4 nights in a hotel and staff were so helpful and service amazing.

The room is clean, enough space, the breakfast has a wide variety of foods.
