The location was beautiful and the Bolzano Card for using the buses was a great perk.

We couldn't figure out how to adjust the temperature in our room. It was a bit on the warm side, but opening the windows made it too cold. Also, the front desk isn't staffed all the time, so if you need something you have to plan ahead for when there is someone there.

Nice room, balcony and the view from the balcony. Good breakfast.

No privacy in the shower, the glass wall is out of place. Hand towels were very thin.

Room even being renovated, was not in a good shape. Rooms to the road side are very loud - you can't keep a window open at night. . There was no flexibility to change it to the other side. If you read good reviews I assume all had rooms to the opposite side of the road.

There was an amazing wrap around balcony for our room that had excellent views. The onsite restaurant was very good.

The location was impossible to find based on the address. Even standing in the lobby, the address mapped to 34 minutes away. We added over an hour to our trip while attempting to find it. Mapping to the location coordinates solved the issue. There wasn't much in walking distance (under 30 minutes walk) in terms of restaurants, but there was a very good restaurant onsite where we ended up eating for both dinner and breakfast.

Have allergies and was expecting Air Conditioned facility (as listed on Booking) but not available - instead something about underfloor cooling, which had no impact on filtering out pollen. And not noticeable cooler in the rooms

Rooms were clea, nice and modern. Location was wonderful - surrounded by orchards, quiet and peaceful

It is important to take into account that there is no air conditioning in the room and there is no kettle, these things need to be taken into account

When I told them if it's possible to keep the luggage in a luggage deposit they told us that they can keep it for only a couple of hours not for long. Thus we opted to leave luggage at train station as receptionist suggested. But on the whole the receptionist was very helpful. And all the other staff.

We had a terrible experience with this hotel.The fotos from booking had nothing to do with what we were presented with. The room was facing the street, with a lot of noise since the room did not have double glaze windows. I did not have any presence light in the bedside table as it was broken and the door of the room didn’t close. The walls were all cracked. The staff did not allow us to change to a better room and refused to do a refund. The staff was super arrogant and not collaborative at all given the unpleasant situation

Nice little hotel outside Bolzano with good parking and nice rooms.

This is a nice enough hotel but way overpriced for what you get. For example, meagre breakfast options with no hot food, no shower gel or hand soap. Not even a bottle of water in the room. Nowhere near as good as our last visit.

The room was clean and the bed and pillow were comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Location was good as it was out of the city but not too far off either.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Tasty food. The pets are allowed in the restaurant area, which was a huge plus for us. The location is quite and nice. Good view.

The room was showing it’s age, although it might have something to do that we were staying with the dog (probably updated rooms are reserved for people without pets). Overall a very positive experience.
