Relais Bellaria Hotel & Congressi

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Martina at the front desk was a pleasure!

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. We had our doggy with us, and she was welcomed in all spaces of the hotel.We paid a cleaning fee, and we could not leave our dog alone in the room, but we were priorly informed of this.The grounds where the hotel is located is enormous, so there was plenty of space to explore with our pooch. We even saw rabbits and wild boars.The old olive trees from the premises were lovely to see The breakfast was delicious and the staff is great.One day, we enjoyed the pool, and we basically had it for ourselves.Plenty of parking available, which was important for us.

We weren't fond of Bologna itself, but this has nothing to do with the hotel.

Parking was easy and included in the price. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is quite far out of town. At the pool, the music was intrusive, a constant stream of mindless pop. The pool was crowded.

Large rooms and great parking. Its peaceful, away from the noise and sirrounded in flowers, very lovely!

Breakfast buffet was excellent. All the usual options.

I would prefer thicker curtains that blocked light better. There were lights outside my window and the room was not as dark as I would have preferred. The light shone through the fabric.

Very good restaurant, nice amenities.

Very spacious and clean room and bathroom. Nice and helpful staff. Very nice garden with swimming pool and sunbeds. Excellent buffet at breakfast with wide selection of both sweet and salty food.

We got a free upgrade to the junior suite. The staff was very polite and the breakfast was excellent. Much better than most hotels for this price.We complaint about our first room (235) and they immediately took action and gave us a new room. The new room (276) didnt had the issues we had with our first room (235)The swimming pool was also very nice. You can get free towels from the hotel. Parking was also free with tons of parking spaces.

Our first room, 235 had so many issues. The shower was smelling very bad which we couldnt get rid off. The bed was cracking very hard with the smalles move you make and the bed felt like you were falling out of it.

The pool is great if you are going with kids. The breakfast it’s amazing with lots of variety and the rooms are nice and clean.

Access to the swimming pool area, amazing restaurant for supper and friendly staff. The location was perfect, outside town but within a short taxi ride.

There were a lot of mosquitoes due to the location.

The stay was overall pleasant:- the breakfast was quite good and varied- the rooms were clean - the parking on site was quite accessible and close to the rooms and was covered which is great given the summer heat

No major issues:- the hotel seeks to attract/host congresses and events, yet the desk space in the rooms is really limited if someone needs to work in a discrete environment.- the pool was great but could get a bit crowded

It is a business hotel, huge, pool was full of people, didn’t have a homely feel, just too big for us. Our room was so far away from everything!

Breakfast was to die for. Room was really great with enough space to spread out and not feel cramped especially for a stay that was longer than a few days.

Drinks on site were expensive with very few other options as the nearest convinience store was a 20 minute walk away.

The location , the fact that you could park easily and the restaurant where I had a very lovely dinner and breakfast with very nice staff were the only plus .

The reception was a disaster , first they sent me without explanation to where the room was so I had to walk around this very long hot corridors , when I got in the room it was not what I booked , instead of a room with balcony they gave me one in the basement where you couldn’t even see outside the window.. Had to wait for someone to come and bring me in the room that I booked. Ugly and hot rooms , uncomfortable bed , air conditioning almost nonexistent. The only place where they have good air conditioning are the restaurant and the reception.
