Great location, just 7 min from the hotel until airport by car.Hotel have a paid service to transport customers to airport (By pervious booking)Room is comfortable, quiet and clean.

We only stayed for one night because of the airport.They welcomed us, it was very good hotel, with everything provided, very good room. Towels, gels for shower, shampoos and soap.We also booked airport shuttle for 5$ per person, It's really valuable. The man that drove us was very nice!Extra extra clean and proffesional!!!Exeptional!

The man that drove us to the shuttle was 10minutes late but we had a reservation for 6.15 in the morning on their Christmas day (wich I also think is very proffesional that you can book a ride whenever) not a bad thing just book the ride 10 minutes earlier than you normally would.Take the bus/ taxi to the property because its not very bright at night so its safer not to walk too late at night

Amazing hotel. Exceeded my expectations. I got a comfy room with free spa access. Spa was great with heated pool, Sauna, lounge, hammam, chill area...basically everything that you'd want to relax. They also offer massages. I wish they had more services like nails and allowed children to come but otherwise I really enjoyed it. The staff was super friendly and professional. We left very early so instead of breakfast they packed a nice breakfast box for us to take. We also went to their restaurant and the food was incredible. All the services and whole stay was very affordable. We took a taxi for 20 min to see the beautiful basilica and ate delicious pizza there. What a lovely time, I highly recommend!

They don't allow kids in the spa like not even the pool. It's super inconvenient for families because we can only go one at a time while the other watches the kid.

I stayed here one night because I was flying out of Milan Bergamo airport. I really liked this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant was very nice. The hotel also has a wellness center, which I did not utilize while there, and they offer shuttle service to and from the airport. I was extremely satisfied with my room. It was spacious and comfortable.

Location was convenient just no clear road to any bus stop and walk did not have a clear sidewalk from airport. Cabs in area are very expensive so some transport from airport to hotel would be great as shuttle runs from hotel to airport. Also bar staff is a bit weird about taking ordered food to room and about eating food delivered in.

No free water in room. Very unusual these days. You need to get remote hair dyer Hairdryer in bathroom is ancient and one star level

I liked the hotel, that it had a bar and a restaurant if you wanted to stay just around the hotel (but you need reservation for the restaurant), a beautiful terrace and i also liked that the shuttle bus was in time and helped us a lot to arrive at the airport at 5 in the morning. We arrived a little bit early than the check-in normal time and the staff was very helpful and made possible for us to check-in earlier. We walked from the airport 2.5 km and it is walkable but if you are not a little adventurous take the shuttle or a car. The room was clean, big bed, big bathroom, goof if you need to stay a night around the airport. And don't forget to reserve the shuttle in advance if you need it by just clicking the link they send! They reply very fast on email!

The spa was not open

A great hotel that makes you feel it's not an airport hotel. Amazing restaurants, great beds, so much space.

That the shuttle was an extra charge The airport has no walk in hotels per se, and it's annoying to begin with that it takes a shuttle and there is hassle with the luggage. Not the hotel's fault, but they could offer it complementary and more often...I'm also not a fan of the fact that the spa was not open to children at all. At least pick some hours when that's possible.

We spent in the hotel literally 4 hours while awaiting for our flight but in that time everything was perfect. Clean and spacious room. Gentleman working at the reception was really helpful. Wish we could have stayed more to try other facilities.

I needed a place to sleep on my road trip and booked this hotel last minute. Only arrived late and kind of crashed in the bed. But breakfast was nice, parking was very safe and looked like a nice hotel

Well decorated and spacious. Nice breakfast.

The location. Seemingly close to the airport but far enough to walk. We arrived on a late night flight. The hotel shuttle didn't work. Taxi prices were high and we found ourselves dragging luggage from the airport to the hotel for half an hour.

This is the best airport hotel we ever stayed in. The staff was excellent! Very helpful and nice, especially Daniela who helped us get an earlier shuttle to the hotel since our flight came in earlier than expected. The room was excellent and the breakfast was superb.
