Pros +
- Breakfast in the morning was great! Owners were friendly and made us feel welcome.
- Clean and comfortable, relaxing evening after long drive.Comfortable bed for a good night's sleep
- Excellent breakfast. Guestroom very clean and nicely decorated. Small balcony with table and chairs outside room. Easy parking on site. Good restaurant a couple of minutes walk away.
Cons -
- mattress could be more comfortable
- It's a little bit far from city center and you must know about the public bus especially on Sunday.
- Nothing much to say, maybe some instructions for the sofa-bed, but everything else was fantastic! Not the fault of the property, but it would have been nice is there were other local shops, bakeries or restaurants to chose from, but this is more to do with the location.

Super friendly hosts! Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area cozy. had a great chat with the owner. Room was comfortable, shower excellent. The area is beautiful.
Great value for money. Newly renovated floor, nice and clean and fresh. Modern bathroom and shower with a glass door. I travel for work and booked a single room with breakfast, and this place would get my vote for the best budget hotel 2024.
Good location, free parking, breakfast included, clean room and quiet location. I was able to arrive late which was no problem as the owner send me a message to explain that the key will be in the box. Brilliant communication as I was worried coming.

I like the staff and they very friendly and welcoming. Clean place and comfortable.

It's located in a lovely quiet village, the owners are extremely considerate and can't do enough for you (including a slight change with our booking adding another person at the last minute!). It's not near any local shops, but this wasn't a problem as we drove and they have plenty of free parking spaces. They also have an amazing restaurant around the corner serving fresh Iraqi food (this is also reasonably priced). Breakfast was basic continental but done extremely well. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again in future.
