Great location between train station and downtown/oberstadt

Location was great, just 5 minutes walk from the station. Breakfast was plentiful .

Great breakfast and location. We’re definitely planning on staying again, but will park in one of the nearby garages if we come by car (a very small car might do better with the left system)

As mentioned above - the nearby parking garages are a better option for mid-sized cars

Room was pleasant and clear, location convenient (but not super ideal for travel to the University), staff super friendly and nice, even when I arrived after midnight.

Mattress was somewhat old and sunken. Rain shower head leaky and unusuable. Walls very thin, so noises from the hallway are very clear.

Our booked room was very old and small. And on the busy street. We were relocated to a brand new (renovated) room which was on the backside and much better but we had to pay a rather big sum extra for the room.

Family room good size. Excellent shower bathroom. Staff very helpful.2 minutes walk for Elizebeth church Christmas Market and near to old town.

Car parking limited and not always enough spaces.

The hotel was very comfortable. Our room was in the annex and faced the street, however, it was very quiet with good insulation. Breakfast was excellent. Car parking was very reasonably priced for a city centre hotel. We had a rented hybrid estate and had to use an upper level to park which was accessed by a lift. Given the size of the car, access was very tight and, for us, required a person to guide the car into the lift. Staff were very helpful. Marburg's altstadt is very accessible.

The room was perfect and had a good feeling. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room was cosy. Lighting in the room and all over the hotel was nice. The staff were very friendly.

Difficult parking

location is central - rooms are very spacious and some have a very nice balcony- consider that this is a hotel in the city - hence church bells and city life/cars- but with the windows closed, the room is quiet.

corridors are dated and for some you need to consider a 4minutes walk back to the reception

It was a great hotel. It was close to the station, and the facilities were new and comfortable. Breakfast time starts at 6:30, so I was able to check out early.
