Hotel Gattopardo

The young lady on reception was very friendly, welcoming and efficient, so check-in was really quick and easy. The room was a good size, very clean and warm (important in December!). Equally, the bathroom was a good size, very clean and hot water was immediate, couldn't ask for more. Breakfast was included in the rate, but I rarely eat in the morning, so a couple of nice cappuccinos went down well! Overall it was a very pleasant experience at a good price. I have stayed there before and would definitely stay again when in the area, as it is very convenient for Verona airport.

Friendly & helpful staff. Calm location. We had an early flight and had to depart before their breakfast opened, but the night before they prepared us a small breakfast to go, which was very helpful.

Spacious, clean apartment, close to bus routes into the middle of Verona.

The reception young lady is very helpful and super nice. I had to do early check out and she prepared a breakfast box for me. Also, when I requested for taxi service, she helped to find a taxi share for me with good rate. The staff in the hotel did really good job.

The walls are paper thin. Every little noise comes into your room. People coming and going at all hours. Would help to put down carpet in hallways and hang some art or tapestries. The light from the AC cant be shut off without shutting off the AC.

4 min away from the airport. Restaurants around a few meters away.

It is convenient to airport, family run and staff were exceptionally nice. Heard complaints about traffic noise but nothing more than a UK city hotel - small price to pay for convenience of location.

Breakfast had nothing hot - no scrambled or fried eggs the boiled eggs were cold and drinks were served in small cups no coffee pots or teapots

The staff was amazing. They waited for us to arrive, even if our flight arrived at 22:30 and we were able just to arrive at 23h in the hotel. Thank you so much.

Small hotel. Great staff. Super helpful. Shuttle is not part of hotel but they can arrange it for you. Rooms are very basic but clean. Very near the airport for early morning departures. Worked great for me. They lined up my taxi and provided a great to go breakfast.

Noise fm street and other rooms.

The rooms were clean and otherwise pretty standard. The location is good if you want to be close to the airport. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

The hosts were really helpful. They provided us with charging plugs and, knowing we had an early morning flight, kindly gave us croissants, bread, biscuits, and juice the night before, all well-packed for breakfast.The train station was close by just about 6 min walk.

Really nice staff, great price and close to airport (although not really walkable as no pavement but that’s not their fault!) They arranged two airport taxis for our party which was really helpful.

Very well run, great breakfast, very close to Verona airport. Fantastic family room divided into two zones.

The customer service of this hotel is outstanding. They greeted us in the parking lot to see if we needed help finding a space, and to show us to the entrance of the hotel.
