Pros +
- It history and antique style. Also free bike rentals.
- It was traditional Italian hotel with nice staff
- Unmistakably Tyrolean Treasure; and with surprising treats for those who revel in watery indulgences such as a swimming pool, Turkish and Scandinavian Saunas, topped with quite the most delicious local food you will find. Rosa (your Hostess) and her delightfully helpful staff are the cherry on the cake. And what a view. We came for one night, stayed for more.Roger and Elizabeth.
Cons -
- Room was very small, no refrigerator.
- Was not aware it is on top of hill but when reached it was like heaven
- In our room the smell from the barn was very strong. I understand we are in the country and the cattle is all around, but as we stayed there two times - first time the smell wasn't present, the second time it was. Depending probably on which side you room is facing. Also I would say that maybe a bit more selection could be available for breakfast - for example an omelette, maybe some hot dogs or bacon.... otherwise breakfast was decent (with very nice freshly squeezed orange juice).

The staff was very nice, the room is nice, bed is comfy, everything is very clean, the view from the restaurant terrace wonderful, and if you are travelling by motorcycle you can use the garage and all the necessary tools are at your disposal. Also, I saw many people on bicycle holidays, and it is a great place for them. I haven't used the pool, so can't comment on that,

A quirky, quiet and comfortable accommodation with beautiful mountain views. Friendly and helpful staff and an extensive breakfast buffet. This place is great value.
All good!
Great family owned place which who were really welcoming. Loved the quirky look of the place...definitely a one off but in a brilliant way! Covered parking for our motorcycles. Beautiful views over the fields to the mountains. Comfy beds.
Everyhing was clean and nice. People working on reception were also super nice
They started to vacuum hallway in front of our room around 7am and something. Walls are really thin and you can hear everything. Ther were so loud that we couldn't sleep!
The breakfast was not included and it cost 10$ per person, but not worth it.
The rooms did not have a minibar, nor shampoos, other than something extremely cheap and kind of stinky. It also had a very old hairdryer which made impossible dry your hair.
A very quirky family hotel. Museum like in a good way. Very friendly. We had a junior suite perfect if you were taking a lover away with a jacuzzi bath in the lounge.
Very well maintained hotel with good food and exceptional breakfast. Great value too
All good
Everything is perfect and luxurious and the location is beautiful.
I ended up there because I wanted to visit Bolzano and there was nothing available in the city, so Booking.com site suggested places nearby. I should have done my own checks using Google Maps. This place is located one hour away from Bolzano. This is because the village of the hotel is located on top of the mountains in a mountainous region. The winding road is full of twist and turns and has single lane per direction.
A beautiful family run hotel with stunning view of the alps! There’s a well appointed spa and swimming pool as well as a garage to park your bike! Stay here if you’re passing, you won’t be disappointed.
Nothing not to like.
This Tirol-style family run hotel has a wooden interior full of lights, paintings, mirrors, etc. Imagine walking into a cuckoo clock! It's a cosy place! Host Rosa and personnel were very friendly and professional. Dinner was delicious and served at the equally cosy restaurant. The room was clean and nice. The hotel is situated in a beautiful area with mountain views all around. We recommend it and would return here.Parking on the hotel grounds is free of charge.
It has a ton of interesting history. It included free bike rentals ( standard bikes)and does have beautiful landscape for biking.
The standard room is small, it needs a fridge. Also, the advertisement through Priceline said free breakfast, which was not correct. The spa is also not free.
Hotel Rosa was fantastic, clean comfortable and the food was great,
Fantastic Breakfast. Very Friendly Staff and Owners. Excellent Service.
It could be more different choices on Evening Meals.
Very nice hotel in the Italy natur, staff was still available for me,good breakfast and dinner. We also used swimming pool a fee if 6.-eur/psAvailable for motorbike underground parkink
for us old-fasioned furniture in the room
Easy and relaxing to arrive, enjoying good food and excellent service. And sleeping well after whole day motorcycling.
The place was amazing. We stayed for a night, and I'm jealous we couldn't spend more time there. The surrounding is breathtaking: the idyllic pastoral with rolling hills and fields and beautiful villages here and there. I walked my dog before I went to bed, and there were so many fireflies in the field next to the hotel. I felt as if I was in a fairytale. The hotel building is marvellous. The restaurant, the rooms - everything was great. And the people - the family that runs the place are super nice and friendly. I'd want to return and spend more time at this magic place.
The resort is in the country, lovely and quite. The room is clean.
The bread for the breakfasts was poor.
