A pretty basic hotel, a bit outdated, but with a good location only five minutes from Phantasialand. Breakfast was included in the price and as fine. The hotel was a good value for the money we spend.

t had all the basics you need in a hotel, but could use a bit of an update.

The hotel is in a nice location, and the room looks nice. It’s a simple place to stay.

The best were very hard, the sheets also felt like towel. The fan was also not working properly.

Late check in was great, room was tidy and had everything we needed.

Great location for Phantasialand. Close to supermarkets. Beds in room well spaced out. Very quiet. Fridge an unexpected bonus.

Breakfast was really nice and had lots of options. It was perfect for our family.

Beds were uncomfortable and rooms a little stuffy.

We went to Gamescom with a group of 3 and found the price of 180 per night for such a big room with breakfast included to be incredible, the croatian restaurant in walking distance was truly incredible also!The serene calm of the area at night was very welcome, it felt safe & quiet & lovely.

Bathroom was a little small for me as a 192cm guy.

Nothing in particular, it’s an old style hotel, basic, no frills, but good value for money.

Beds were uncomfortable, room was way too dark, kettle didn't work, no air conditioning...Oh...and I was almost shouted at on my arrival for being 20 minutes late to check-in. Apparently, I had to check-in by 8pm...but after driving for about 11 hours from Vienna to Bonn...I couldn't time it right ?So the reaction I had was over the top.

It was a warm weekend and there's no airco, so the room was warm. For one night it was doable though.

We were kindly welcomed and shown to the room. The room was nice and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was perfect for our stay. The breakfast was nice and with a solid selection for such a small hotel. The location was also great for us as we visited Phantasialand that is about 10 minutes away by car.

I wanted to use the big ''tea'' mug for coffee at breakfast and was sternly told only cmall cups for coffee, which in my mind is a little bit ridiculous. So instead of filling one bigger mug I went and filled a smaller mug 3 times, no problem. This was the only negative - I felt very observed during breakfast, like there were rules I have to follow and no one told me. Otherwise, great breakfast!

excellent apartment, everything is clean and tidy. excellent location, good price. for any recommendation, the staff is very kind.

This is a very good place to stay for a night or maybe a little longer.We had a room with 4 beds (which had a kitchen in it) for our grown kids and a double room for us as parents.Breakfast was very good and the rooms/bathrooms and so on were clean and nice.We might return here if we ever need a stay near Köln.

It is located close to a road so some traffic noise is present.

Totally inadequate services, very high price compared to the quality of the services, the room is very poorly soundproofed, the lack of cleanliness, the breakfast schedule is not respected, the products offered are of poor quality and an extremely limited range. Parking is not provided and the staff is uncooperative. I do not recommend.

Very comfortable room. Very good shower and bathroom. Parking right in front of the property. Decent choice of breakfast.

Internet /wifi was not working. Very much disappointing. Could not plan the trip/ kids entertainment was messed up.

Very good price-quality and a friendly welcome by the hostess. The breakfast is also really good.

We overnighted at the Hotel Koln-Bonn. It was a quiet place to rest while in transit.

This was further out than I expected. The trains were on a go-slow so it took a long time to get to and from the hotel.
